Girth Post-op versus Pre-op?

This is a very interesting topic. I was a little more than 6 2/3 inches in girth the night before my surgery. For me that was too much. So I went with the LGX because I was more concerned with lost length. Aug 8th will be 3 years. Yesterday I measured my girth. It is 4.5 inches fully deflated and 5.5 inches + fully inflated.
The AMS starts out with 12mm around cylinders that potentially expand to 18mm. Titan have 18mm and they do not change size.
I should say that I have been careful to keep my girth small by not fully inflating my LGX. I was able to get length by using VED.
If you want the most girth I'd say that the Titan gives that from day one. With AMS you'll need to work for it.
