Lost 2 inches from prostatectomy to implant; now have 4.5” stump that’s hard as hell (but still feels great), compared to before.

Wonder if I’d quality? Maybe help with pain with over-inflating

As a lifetime marijuana user and a 4 time implantee I'd say no, marijuana is not going to make you any longer. I'm right at 5 inches (ok - 4-7/8") and have lots and lots of fun, sometimes with marijuana but usually without (I'm usually on my way to work and don't want my employees knowing I'm stoned).

Slightly off topic (or not) three-ish years ago my daughter brought me marijuana vape from Cali. Slowly but surely, I dropped 35 pounds. The vape didn't give me the "eat the whole house" munchies that the weed did.

In closing, my 5 inch dick gives ME a LOT of pleasure. It often pleasures the girls too!

Honestly the only thing I think you might get from marijuana (medical or otherwise) would be more of a chill attitude about what you've still got in the length department. Don't think it'll make you longer but it might temporarily make you not give a shit that you aren't any longer.
