Wtf are dog ears

Have you ever folded a garden hose or a straight-sided drinking straw? Kinks form in the walls of the hose/straw. When those kinks form in our implants, we call them "dog ears".

Sometimes they are uncomfortable, certainly unsightly. So, so men pump up a little to smooth them out.

Wtf are dog ears

wrinkles, also known as "accordion folds". Think of what you get if you take a plastic drinking straw and bend it in the middle. The part that sticks out to the left and right of the bend is a "dog-ear" or "accordion fold".

I doubt that you will see the cylinders. You will be able to feel them though when you're flaccid, but I'm already starting to get used to that.

When I'm flaccid, I can feel the flattened cylinders inside the shaft, and it does feel quite different from anything I've felt in my dick before. When I'm pumped up, I just feel the hard shaft, and it feels completely natural to the touch, even though the shape of the shaft has changed a little. I think this is quite typical for how the flaccid and the hard dick feels to the touch: when you're flaccid, you can make out the cylinders; when you're hard, you can not.

When you say flattened do
You mean that the cylinders are collapsed and flat?

Doesn’t look that way bc your flaccid looks full

When not inflated the cylinders are flat. The material they are made of tends to crinkle and fold like a accordion. After surgery the smooth muscle of the penis is swollen for a week or so. It kinda looks like your sporting a semi erection. Once the swelling goes down it stops looking full and you can see the folds and crinkles of the implant through the skin.

When inflated though the crinkles and folds straighten out and can not be distinguished visibly or by touch. If your like me there will be times where your flaccid will look fuller (waking up, random softy’s, getting turned on) but other then that the norm is seeing the folds/bends a bit.

If the cylinder is flattened it seems weird that the flaccid penis stays looking plump
