Implant after jelq injury?

Postby Trav8701 » Mon May 24, 2021 1:09 am

Hey guys. Are there any members out there who got implants after jelqing injuries specifically?
I injured myself back in 2017 and since then i've been going through the numbness that comes with a jelq injury...sometimes it's worse than other times...but it's still overall very distressing.
I just wanna know if anyone else has gotten implanted after jelq injury and if the pros of being implanted outweigh the cons of jelq-injury-numbness in particular, as that is the only symptom of injury that actually gets to me.

Im probably not going to get implanted but ive definitely thought about it....because i fear the day that i wake up and cant keep an erection because ive lost all feeling in there. So basically i'd just like to ask a guy who's member lost sensation after a jelq injury if getting implanted was worth it?

So you aren't having problems keeping an erection? If so then no need for an implant, it will not heal your numbness, only potentially make it worse
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

The numbness appears to be progressive, and as I tried to state in me original post it would give me some peace of mind to know if there are other people with less sensation out there after jelqing who got implanted and feel the implant was worth it. I’m not necessarily looking for permission or asking if it’s a good idea for me specifically, i just want to know about other people's experiences as the stories on here really do give me peace of mind. I know there’s at least one guy on here who was implanted after jelq-injury-numbness and I’ve messaged him and I’m still hoping and waiting he responds.

I believe that I injuried my penis with jelq. There are many people who said that this injury could be a pelvic floor tension.

There are many routines to relax the pelvic floor, here I paste a playlist in youtube made for me with the strecht of the DCT program. Look for ''hard flaccid syndrome'' or ''male pelvic floor dysfunction''

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... A6VgIa5DmC

The only reason to get an implant is that you couldn't get/maintain an erection and you don't say if you can/get an erection. In my case, I am having sex with tadalafilo 20mg very well with very hard erections and I am visiting a sexologist because, although it is posible I injuried my penis, it could be that it didn't be a cronic injury. There are many people who has the hard flaccid syndrome due to jelqing and due to a high tension in the pelvic floor and there are many people who adquired a venous leak due to the jelq.

I don't know if you have visited a urologist, but you have to go to a one of them, explain your situation and ask for a erection doppler exam (not in flaccid state)

Best regards from Spain

I’ve been doing PF exercises. I have good erection quality when I’m aroused. That’s not my concern. My concern is that if the numbness continues to get worse, I might one day be unable to maintain an erection because of not being able to feel anything. I’m not really asking for alternatives to getting implanted because at the moment I do not plan on being implanted. I think I’m still functional enough on my own. I’m basically just tryna ask if anyone here with jelq-numbness has improved their quality of life with an implant. I’m exploring my options in anticipation for the worst. I do appreciate the info you sent me, trust me I am addressing the pelvic floor and it has helped my erection health massively. But knowing that the worst case scenario (sensory deficit impotence) may still be improved (not cured) with an implant in terms of self esteem and ability to still enjoy penetrative sex could do a lot for my peace of mind, especially if this numbness continues to progress.

If you can get an erection by you own, i don't understand what worried you. An implant is a solution when you can't get an erection, if you can get a good erection with your partners, yo don't have to think about the implant. I think your numbness could be due to a nervous reason, try to relax: yoga and meditation. If you had injuried your penis with jelqing you couldn't achieve any complete erection. So, another time, if you can get an erection, I think you don't have to think in the implant as a solution.

Good luck

"If you can get an erection by you own, i don't understand what worried you. An implant is a solution when you can't get an erection"

I do appreciate that you're taking the time to respond to me but im not sure if you understand my post. I am not asking for permission to be implanted or if you think i should be implanted or not.

My worry is that my numbness is getting worse. It is becoming increasingly difficult to enjoy erotic touch down there to a point where maintaining an erection is becoming increasingly difficult. If it continues to get worse i will inevitably become impotent.
So what i'm trying to do is ask someone - who also shares my experience and has gotten the implant- if the implant has helped improve their quality of life and confidence with penetrative sex.

Man i had same injury, im not implanted and this is complex question, firstly i will say that your lack of erotic sensation is possybly connected to sexual desire, thus if you dont have confidence in your erection -you cannot have great sexual desire-you cannot feel sensations in your penis, you may not see it this way but brain is biggest sex organ and if you are not having high sexual desire you will not feel erotic sensations..

Bottom line brain is interpreting your glans sensation and even if you have soft glans same as me increased sexual desire even with soft glans will produce erotic sensations.

Belive me this shit hit me mentaly and im battling this problem 7 years now!

Damn bro thank you for actually addressing my question/issue. Very insightful, I know what you mean about the mental aspect. To be honest that’s kinda why I’m searching for this peace of mind about it. I need to know what it’s like for people with our problem who were implanted. Does it make the problem easier to deal with even tho it won’t cure? Know what I mean? Does the confidence of knowing you will always please help make it easier to ‘relax’ and improve sensation?
So how did your numbness come on…was it from jelqing?

My numbness came from injury, but not from physicall consequence of it but from mental consequence from injury...
Sometimes i tought that i have physiclly damaged sensation but few times i diacovered that that is not the case, few times that i got fairly "horny" i discovered that decreased sensitivity is purely mental -not being horny enough ..
About implant part idk i dont have it but i assume it would be easier to be more in the moment without thinking about erection thus having more e.s.
Some kind of psychotherapy would be helpfull to, becouse this is more mental trauma than physicall one(sure it is physicall but mental damage is far greater than physicall)
Feel free to hit me up on PM
