So when I measure myself with a ruler , I push my pubic fat n I was almost a 6 he did 18cm that about 7in

Blah, you said 18cm for the implant. Did he use any rear tip extenders (RTE) or was it a straight 18cm cylinders only?

If you've got 6" pre-surgery and you have 18cm (7.08") implant without any RTEs, figure about 0.5" of glans beyond the distal tips. Your cylinder length of 7", minus your projected length of 6" equals 1" of proximal implant length, plus the 0.5" gives about 1.5" (give or take) for full internal depth.

If these numbers are accurate, it may mean you have a similar shallow crus to mine. Some men have a crus that's about half the length of their penis (external portion). Mine is apparently very shallow and my theory is that it ends directly under my pubic symphysis or pubic bone. You may have a similarly shallow crus but that's fine because everyone is different.

Welcome to the brotherhood and here's hoping you have a quick and uneventful healing process. I'm sure you'll love the results.

So I got 18cm and 3cm rte

So that means that in theory you could still have your pre-op 6" and the implant might go about 2.7" into your body. That's very close to the 2:1 ratio of distal to proximal (outer penis to inner penis) length that is cited as being average.

Remember that over the first few months you are going to have a lot of changes. Hopefully all for the better. Your first inflation is almost always a lot different than one at 2-3 months. Takes a while to get used to it and learn how to use it. And for you to fully heal. So what you have at activation most likely will be different than what you have at 3 months.

I am right there with you… I was able to masturbate a bit without jizz. I have a lot of pre-jizz it’s crazy. Soon we will have a new tool to use.

I second what newbie443 wrote.

It took months after my surgery for sex to start to feel good. And when I told my doctor that at my six-month follow up appointment, he said that was to be expected.

But now sex is better than I could have imagined right before my surgery. I hope you have as good of an outcome as I've had so far.
