Those with titan - did you gain length

So, pre surgery I measured at exactly 6.5 inches. Immediately post surgery I am sitting at 5.9.

For those of you with the titan did you gain some length with continued cycling? I assume so, but is it as much as half an inch?

For me, the answer is yes, I have gained over 2 years, and girth too. Cycle daily, so says Mayo Clinic, for the first year. I continue to cycle every day...almost 2 years post-op.

Please explain how you can gain 1.5 inches? Your device is a fixed length and the hard tips go 1/2 to 2/3rds into your glans. So, if your device is 21 cm, and your crus is 7 cms, how can your penis be longer than 14 cms or 15 cms if your glans engorges.

I don’t. Just using it as an example. Regardless of the length of the crus, I assume it is fixed, as is the cyclinder size and will not grow with cycling.

Maybe you might of just answered your own question. This is what I find odd about the Titan. Despite the claims that it does not lengthen. There are plenty of credible posts claiming that theirs did. Now a simple answer might be that their doctor oversized them. But who knows. Maybe they get a batch of material occasionally that will stretch. I have no idea, I just have read of enough times that one did stretch. That I can only conclude that it does happen. Just like the poor hang that is common. Some members have great hang & have posted pics to prove it.

The same dog ears or folds in the implant that guys complain about from time to time are also partly responsible for length gain after surgery. Think of a bendable straw, which is a drastic example but valid nonetheless. When the folds of the bendable section are all compressed, the straw is about half an inch shorter than it is when ALL segments are fully expanded. Those segmented folds are analogous to the dog ears in an implant.

Also I was able to inflate a little more and get a tad over 6, so good progress to start.

Dick looks very small though because of the increased size of my balls and the smaller side profile because my dick is wider now.

Also, not everyone's anatomy holds true to the 2:1 ratio you cite here.

I have a 15cm (5.9") implant with *NO* rear tip extenders but yet I can max out when horny with right at 6" length. How is that possible with a less than 6" implant? My calculations work out this way:

   5.90" (implant length)
  +1.00" (glans past implant when aroused - 0.75" when not aroused)
   -----
   6.90" (tip of aroused penis to rear tip of implant)
  -6.00" (max aroused inflated penis length - hard bone pressed on pubic bone)
   -----
   0.90" (internal portion of implant)

I have just under one inch of implant inside my body, directly under my pubic bone. So yes, it is possible to NOT meet the typical 2:1 ratio that is frequently cited as normal. With my extremely shallow crus, I also have a very, very natural hang of my 4.9-5.0" (deflated) penis. When inflated however, due to the lack of "LEVER" action in my perineum to lift the distal penis up, I hang about 4:00-4:30 on the clock face when inflated.
