There are different nerves that control the filling of your glans and girth. These nerves are separate from the nerves that control the blood flow that causes the erection. prostatectomy or radiation damages these nerves. If both sets of nerves are damaged, you will loose girth and glans engorgement. The implant only solves the erection loss. Damm I miss my old purple blood engorged dick. Cancer sucks.

You are right. Prostate cancer and treatment either RP or Radiation are totaly damaging sexual function and destroying the men.
It happened to me at 51 y/o.
Life after prostate removal sucks bigly.

MK, I am sorry to hear you had PC at such a young age. I didn't get PC till 72. As for the implant and what it can do, I think a lot of guys are expecting just like new. The implant only stretches it out. Does nothing for filling it up with blood like the good old days.
