Size after penile implant

Has there ever been a case of a successful implant that matched or was even slightly longer than stretched size? Fully erect, I am 7 inches. Pumped, I can be slightly more. But stretched completely flaccid, I'm lucky to get to 6 inches. I dont suppose they let you pump it before they measure it? :/ This sucks. I'm a single guy in his mid thirties and I've had really bad ED since 29. No great reason. Trimix put me in the ER with priaprism. Docs are starting to suggest implant but damnit, I don't like what I hear.

This is a great old post, 2013,, But my trimix size and VED size is exactly the same length army implant size. With trimix, I had more girth and filling.

Stretch tests and injection induced erections mean exactly BUPKIS to the implant doctor. The only important measurements are those that are made from within the corpora while you are unconscious on the table after the doctor opens you up.

Its the million dollar question. the answer depends on so many factors. You are pretty young and you say you are healthy, so my opinion is - you will do great with a LGX. you may loose a bit but will quickly re-gain and even increase some size. You may have to work at it and I believe VED therapy is a good thing to do, maybe great in your circumstances. One thing for sure 90% of the men on this site despite many hurdles (me included) would not go back to the limp dick life. Yeh an implant is different then your old junk but how good was it really ? You will be a happy camper if you take the plunge. glad I jumped in

I hear you. The last 5 years of limp dick unless I heavily drug myself have been pretty hellish. I've managed to sleep with women, but I lost them all eventually to this disease. As a single 36 year old w no kids, its been pretty devastating to my sense of being in general. I'm not worried about losing girth but length. However, functional dick in the 6 inch range beats 7.5 floppy, worthless dick. I just hope they could maintain most of it. All of the surgery etc sounds terrifying but the prospect of this continuing is much much worse. Thanks for the encouragement.

If you get the right surgeon, you should be close to your previous length. I was 6 1/4" flaccid pull presurgery and I am 5 3/4" length with 6" if I can get my head to engorge. Its the girth that is a let down. I had nice girth. I was over 5" before surgery and about 4 1/2" now.

There are different nerves that control the filling of your glans and girth. These nerves are separate from the nerves that control the blood flow that causes the erection. prostatectomy or radiation damages these nerves. If both sets of nerves are damaged, you will loose girth and glans engorgement. The implant only solves the erection loss. Damm I miss my old purple blood engorged dick. Cancer sucks.

You are right. Prostate cancer and treatment either RP or Radiation are totaly damaging sexual function and destroying the men.
It happened to me at 51 y/o.
Life after prostate removal sucks bigly.

MK, I am sorry to hear you had PC at such a young age. I didn't get PC till 72. As for the implant and what it can do, I think a lot of guys are expecting just like new. The implant only stretches it out. Does nothing for filling it up with blood like the good old days.

I’m one of the lucky ones. 4 1/2 years down the track and my cock is slightly longer and girthier than I was pre-op.
I cycled a lot (for 18 months) and was fortunate to be with a woman who loves sex......she still keeps me very busy now.
I might add that the procedure is not a cock enlarging one.....it’s primarily a cock stiffening one. Be patient.
