Yes I had a prostatectomy done as well. Injections seemed too painful and this takes some adjusting but works! I discovered from my doctor a gel you put in your urethra that engorged the head and increases sensation.

I still have to look up the Cream but it works amazing! I’m starting to come back to the conclusion that cycling doesn’t really increase size through time it’s just time that you get used to your new size and at least it works? At least that’s the way that I am feeling right now.

This gel actually increases glans sensitivity? I’m guessing your sensitivity was diminished after the prostatectomy. Congrats on becoming bionic though!

31. Jelq-HF in 2017. Has continued to get worse. 5mg daily cialis, 10mg on demand. Considering other options.

3 months post op. Still cycling daily no noticeable growth in girth or length. I have really noticed after a few months the implant is getting softer feeling in the flacid state with my titan. When erect it’s hard just smaller. I wish there was a way to do something to make it more big all around?

How much length have you lost?
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

One thing I’ve found while flacid and wearing jeans or tight underwear me penis aches till I stretch it. The pain can last as much as a few mins to a hour. Think I’m really healed but, the cylinders even though they are getting a little softer are not natural and feels stiff even flacid. Erect feels great. It’s just getting adjusted to having it in me I guess?
