This really gives reassurance to those of us are still considering taking that big step of getting an implant. Thank you for chronicling your journey. I hope you will continue to do so. It is much appreciated by me and many others I know as well.
Hi Ronin,
I'm not yet fully healed. My ballsack hasn't quite gotten used to the dominating presence of the pump yet. But it's slowly getting better. And, man, did it feel good to be able to get hard without excusing myself from the party to go and inject, and then stay hard for as long as I wanted. I deflated and re-inflated at least once, perhaps twice, during our play session. What luxury to be able to do that, when I compare it to how I had to plan my (never quite hard) erections before. I'm happy I took this big step.

Hi cb,
I'm not sure I understand correctly. Did your doctor tell you to wait another two weeks before cycling? Is there any specific problem? I hope your healing will progress well.

Thank you, Pete!
Yes, it was more of an adventure than I had expected from my very first interactive use of my new equipment.

Re: Yet Another Journal
Hi NYC,
Your journal is very clear. You have the same talent in writing as Merrix.
Your cock looks very nice. You are well endowed. I have 2 questions for you:
1. Are you able to completely retract your foreskin?
2. When erect, do you still feel some blood flow going into your penis when you contract your PC muscles (muscle used to stop urinating)? I'm asking because I love the sensation of blood being pumped into my penis when I contract my PC muscles.
Thank you for sharing your personal journey.

I'm 39 years old. Never was able to maintain my erections for more than 1 minute. Pills don't work. Had sclerotherapy by Dr. Kuehhas in Austria in 2016. Didn't work. Injections (Caverject) are the only things that gave me acceptable results.

Sorry for the late reply, but here goes:
1. I am able to retract my foreskin, but it bunches up behind the glans, as my cock is still thickest half-way down the shaft (even though I lost a full inch in girth). You can see the foreskin in the pic below. This is pretty much the same as how it was for me pre-implant.
2. I do feel something in my dick when I contract my PC muscles, though I can no longer say whether the feeling is quite the same as it was before the implant. In general, my implanted hardons still feel somewhat artificial to me. Partly, it might just be that I still have a bit of distracting discomfort when I’m pumped up hard, but partly it’s probably also because my erections are now entirely separated from arousal. I have no regrets regarding getting implanted; things didn’t work for me, and being able to get reliably hard should up new possibilities for intimacy and adventure -- but of course, in an ideal world, I would have preferred having a cock that responded to arousal. I will write more about my experiences and my present state soon.
