I gotta say darkflame you've got a pretty strong looking pre-surgery erection especially when I compare it with what I'm able to achieve currently. Did you have an inability to keep erection during intercourse? Don't answer if I'm getting too personal

Hey so yeah the issues are two fold with that erection. Number 1, it takes a ton of drugs to induce it, 10g of citrulline, 100mg viagra, 8mg silodosan, and an rho kinase inhibitor. Im a bit of a chemist so i know about a lot more drug options, but its not fun to have to take so much just to get an erection, definitely cant do it everyday. Also even with this it would be hard to maintain with sustained sex and different sexual positions. I had a venous leak not blood flow issues so no matter how strong of an erection i induce the wrong position could make it waaaaay weaker.

Current status.

Bone pressed I measure 6 and a quarter. A quarter under my pre-op measurement. This is mainly do to lack of head inflation it seems. I actually think that with full head inflation I will be bigger than my pre-op, even if only slightly.

I don't know my why my head doesnt inflate, maybe too soon after the trauma of surgery. Or maybe I need to be physically stimulated in a vagina.

We will see how this progresses.

I am about 5 inches girth which is where I started, although from the side it looks super skinny because of the new shape. From the top down it looks thicker though so I guess I just have a new way to take dick pics lol.

Still get a constant dull pain with inflation, cant imagine having sex. Dr. Eid says this will pass.

If head remains uninflatable I am likely going to get Hyaluronic injections to enhance shaft girth. Take one thing away, add another to compensate I guess.

Overall very happy right now, will be way happier after I have sex the first time.

Wow, Darkflame... Such amazing results only 10 days after surgery! I would be very happy with results like yours. You mentioned noticing a wider, flatter shape to your erection now. Something that we do hear about from other bionic brothers. Maybe it will round out if your spongiosum engorges a little further out from surgery. Would you mind also including some pics from the side as well as the top to give a 3-D sense of perspective? Either way, though, very impressive results. Bravo!

The dull ache will subside. I’m at eight weeks post op and can have sex with maximum firmness and no pain.

Looks great dude, nice to see so soon after surgery. Thanks for updating with pictures. When the pain subsides, would you be willing to upload a show & tell video? I'm not sure if I'm the only one curious about this but I'd like to see how the implant looks in motion and how it looks/acts to touch compared to an organic erection (i.e. would be interested to see how it looks when pressed upon, maybe squeezed a bit).
