My implant surgery is the only major surgery I've had, too. I was also nervous just for that reason.

I do not think that will be the case. You have picked a fine experienced doctor who has a reputation for doing the best for the man. I would expect good news for you tomorrow. I was really excited after I finally made the decision to have surgery. You have done your part in going with a really good doctor. Now you just need to follow instructions and in a month or 2 things will be well on there way to full recovery. Best of luck to you.

I am having trouble working out your timeline. Your signature suggests you are having implant surgery on June 10, 2021 but your language suggests that you have already had the surgery.
Can you clarify, please?
I was losing libido while I was unable to have sex reliably. Not totally lost libido, but my libidinous nature was discouraged by lack of success in erections. After implant, it took a little while to regain confidence. But I am all better now.

Its normal to be nervous, I certainly was but I told myself the surgeon knew what they were doing to ease worries.
5 months out from surgery I have almost totally recovered, some minor twinges now and then. Sex is as good as its ever been, and I mean ever. Constant reminder of implant is feeling the pump in the scrotum but I can live with that.
You will be fine, trust your doctor and good luck.
