I guess im trying to figure out if an unreliable natural is considered better than an implant.

The only thing I wonder is what took me so long? When I can have sex for longer that any non-implant man in the world is a BIG confidence booster. Also, I use to have premature ejaculation REALLY BAD. After the implant I no longer suffer from PE. I absolutely love my implant and my two surgeons are world class.
