Thanks for everyone's replies. It's really informative. So it sounds like activities requiring straddling some sort of seat and lying in bed sleeping can present some comfort issues. But no discomfort normally, say, sitting in an office chair for prolonged periods for instance?

For me, and this continues to this day, almost a year out, sitting can get uncomfortable if I wear briefs.
The act of putting pressure on my dick to hold it down is just uncomfortable after a while.
If you notice, when you sit down, whatever you are wearing rides up, so wearing briefs is made even worse when sitting.
Wear baggy slacks to work now...even on Fridays.

Cant go very fast but find riding my Quad side saddle helps. I also have an AUS pump besides the IPP pump. The dumps cause the aus pump to open the valve.

I have an AMS and the pump is a bit bigger than the Coloplast. Sometimes when I sit the corners of the valve block will pinch something. Like wearing tight pants and pinching something even with out an implant. No big deal. I do not own or ride ATV's, motorcycles, or bicycles as I did in the past so that is not a problem. I do still do off road travel every other year or so and I definitely know the pump is there bouncing on those trails. Driving and setting is not a problem on paved roads. Except for my 200 mile ride home from surgery a little over 3 weeks ago. But no trouble for the drive up and back for my 2 week check up.

Thanks for your input, guys. Sounds like there might be some pump comfort issues with ATV riding. However, for those of us who do not ride ATVs, are there any other activities that create discomfort with the "3rd ball" of the IPP pump in the scrotum? How about sitting in an ergonomic office chair? Getting into a low sports car? Horseback riding? Working out at the gym? Jet-skiing? Any other things, or is there enough mobility down there that things generally kind of sort themselves out positionally?
