As said before only you can decide. I too have retrograde ejaculation. Even though nothing comes out, the organism feel more intense to me. Yes at times I do miss it but it's not really a big deal.
I'm in a sexless marriage for 15years. I got an implant 5 years ago for two main reasons. 1, I was hoping it would help with the wife and get her interested in sex again. 2, And the biggest reason, I got it for myself. Not being able to get and keep an erection was killing me mentally. I was getting depressed and down all the time. The implant didn't help with the wife but it did with me. Enough so that if it was to fail today I would be setting up an appointment to have it replaced ASAP. Yes, I would go through it all again. So to me, it is and was very much worth it.
Again only you can decide for yourself if it's worth it. But if you and your wife are still interested in sex and you like seeing and having a hard dick anytime you want, I would say its definitely worth it. But don't wait too long. That interest can fade away quickly.
Just my thoughts on it. Good luck
is an implant worth it if you already have retrograde ejaculation?

Just how important is external ejaculate? To you or to your partner?
Ejaculation is important to the woman as well as to the man, but don't for a minute think that lack of ejaculation or reduced volume is a barrier to good sex. Medical science has been able to tread erectile deficiency. Some day ejaculatory insufficiency might succumb as well. In the meantime, do not shy away from sex just because a minor element is missing or reduced. Enjoy what you can, do not fret over what cannot.
But you might want to warn your partner, since ejaculation is important so SOME women. On the other hand, some women would relish the prospect of not having to deal with a bunch of fluids running out of her, making a wet spot on the bed, which turns cold and clammy and can be a point of contention with couples.

Going back to the original question: My personal answer is that, Yes, the implant is well worth it. In my opinion, ejaculation is a minor player (absent pregnancy as the goal) in sex. Erection is the "Main Event".

“Not surprisingly, how important it is to the woman that her partner ejaculates during sexual activity depends on how important she overall considers sex to be and also how important it is for her to experience an orgasm. There are plenty of women who tell me that it is about intimacy and that they actually don’t care about whether or not they have an orgasm. But for some women it is indeed important,” Burri explained.
About 18% of women preferred that their partner ejaculate before they reach orgasm, while roughly 28% preferred to orgasm beforehand. But the majority (53.5%) had no preference.
“Overall, we can say that although male ejaculation and its different aspects seems to play an important role for women – in one way or the other – the study demonstrates a considerable variability of women’s attitudes toward ejaculatory characteristics,” Burri said.
But the article also goes on to say,
“It is noteworthy to mention that there is quite a large proportion of women that are repulsed by men’s ejaculate and this deserves a closer investigation as well,” she added. “However, this was beyond the scope of the present study

Thanks, beachbum. I feel a lot better now that I've read these replies, including yours. I'm grateful for FT and its wonderful brotherhood.

Thanks for your thoughtful reply, LS. All of these replies have pulled me out of the doldrums and I'm now looking to heal from the TURP and address the implant next year when I'm on Medicare.
