After having my implant three months ago we noticed that the glans was cold to the touch and soft. Wife did not like that so I went to my doctor and he prescribed this gel I insert in my urethra and in 20 mins I get really engorged feels warm and the sensitivity is way better! I don’t use it all the time for sometimes it’s very spontaneous. But when I want the real deal I have this medication I got from my doctor.

I guess I'm really blessed. Orgasms with cum from 3 weeks and my glans is very sensitive. I can't say that it's really engorged but it is not floppy.

Hi pau1,

I would suggest even a consultation with Prof Ralph to get your questions answered correctly. He will give possible options for gland engorgement post op if there is a difficulty. However if your glands can engorge now then there is a good chance they should be able to after.

I am 2 months post op and a very happy customer of said Prof. He predicted initial size to expect etc nearly down to the mm pre op and was correct on all accounts. I am starting to notice modest increase in length now , maybe the lgx does work haha!

I get really good glans engorgement. My head mushrooms out like it did before the implant or ed. I also round out on the bottom as well to get a fully round erection, when I am into sex.

As for orgasms. I still have really hard and long ones from sex. Same as before.

One thing that did start after my implant is if I am getting oral sex and flex the head like I am doing keeglles. I have I guess prostate orgasms as well. No other stimulation needed other than stroking and her mouth. I just start shooting small spurts into her mouth. When I finish, it is normal feeling but much less ejaculate.

I can also do that when just masturbating if I want to. As far as how long it takes for me to orgasm. It can be quick if I want to or hours. Still can curl my toes.

My only issue really is I do not pump up all the way for sex or to masrurbate. I usually do not even have to pump up at all to masturbate because after a few strokes I am hard enough with my glans engorgement I do not have to. Same for oral.

If I pump up fully for sex. It just is to hard for her to enjoy. So I end up just enough to easily bend at 90 degree angle with no discomfort.

Like others said, that that doc is an idiot and knows nothing.

I believe that your glan has its own blood supply so i'm not sure what your Doc is talking about.
Mine does engorge sometimes and sometimes not - it all depends on how turned on i feel.
That said the implant is rock hard when inflated regardless of whats happening with the glan.

My Ed is from a venous leak, The gel you are referring to , is it a pellet that you insert into your uretha?
I will not be going with this uro I just wanted him to refer me to David Ralph , maybe he wasn’t happy with me not choosing him .

The first surgeon may have been trying to lower your expectations, which is forgivable, I suppose. Or he may use a surgical approach that actually DOES destroy glans receptivity, which is at least lamentable and morally (if not legally) criminal.

It’s a gel and the person before your comment I think uses the same trimix gel you insert 5 cc in the urethra 20mins before intercourse and your glad will be on fire! It works great for those special moments you can plan on!

When cycling no engorgement. When aroused and pumped I am engorged and glans plum as before. Taking Viagra also helped blood flow with my LGX

My June 21st post said my glans engorgement was coming back 4 years post RP. That was short lived. Cold white and wrinkled again. Next week I have an appointment with my urology PA. Going to ask for a prescription for trimix gel. Cant hurt to try.

I lost function of glans engorgment after my prostate removal and my glans became just half of the size before prostate removal.
So, for me implants messed nothing.
