Fully pump with no pain?

I don't know if i have fully pumped but started pumping after 6 weeks after surgery. It was painful then and now 4 weeks later still painful. I can tolerate the pain for anywhere from 40 min to and hour. Attempted sex yesterday pumped it up she started with oral and still some pain we moved to missionary and tried that for 20 min and very painful. Finally had to deflate. It was not a great experience for me except it was a good feeling mentally to have a hard dick and having sex. My partner has been with me through a lot of the ED problems and indicated it felt different but good since she has never experienced me with a erect penis. I keep reading the pain will get less and less but very frustrating.

. I have found if I pump to hard to have sex, that during sex my natural excitement starts to kick in and I get bigger. This causes pain to where I need to stop and deflate some. Hit deflate the immediately squeeze bulb. Try not starting pumped so hard.

4.5 years.....no pain.
I can fully pump to ‘hammer handle’ hard and fuck for as long as my partner requires.
I cycled for 18 months and clearly remember the discomfort that caused however I would now see it as an investment.

Im at 2 months after my surgry all i can pump mine is 25 time it hurt like crazy
i can feel the inplant tube on the left side under my glan its not in the glan at all
I had so much swelling and pain i could not even find my pump for 6 weeks after my surgry
The pump is high at the base of my penis been trying to get it down in my sack so far it not going anywhere
I can tell it feels like it glued to my front top of my sack like the size of a grape and i still have some hard mass stuck to my pump
So i guess i still have a little swelling in the sack
2 weeks before my surgry with Viagra i was able to get a nomal 6 incher and great girth but after 4 minutes of starting intercourse it was gone because of diabetes so i skipped the ideal of shot and went right to the implant because i have read about how the shots fail after a while of use
Now im thinking i have really messed up
This is really my first week of able to have sex and im only able to get a 3 1/2 inch long and have half the girth i had 2 week before the surgry
I got the titen 20 cm from what the doc told me but really a little over 3 inches
What in the heck have i done to myself
Is this all im going to have to work with and also when i squeeze all the fuid out of the tube my glad just flops around and that tube on the left poke from under the glan half a inch so in order to keep me from hurting i have to leave a few pumps in it and try to keep it pointing up in my pants if i dont it pushing point blank against my pants very painfully
Any one else had any kind of problem like this
I truly think i really screwed up by getting a implant

When i went for my 6 week check up he told me dont worry it will take about a year to get my length and girth back
He told me sex or no sex pump it up as much as i can handle in the hot shower or tub
When i asked him about the end of the tube poking under the gland and i cannot feel the end of the right tube he just said that the implant and that it should be fine that im still healing give it some time and to see him in 3 months
My lady refuse to do oral because it dont feel right
Under the shaft its bumpy not smooth and the gland does not swell any
Am i suppose to use a ved to get the length and girth back im afraid i will damage the implant i got the bill and thought i was gonna croke
When we start having sex its like painfull till i have to stop
Im very worried i inspected more then what i am going thru
My doctor was highly recommended in my area
I live 2 hours away from where i got it done
I had to go back to work i was off work for over a month and think if i had to be off more i would be jobless

Sounds to me like the surgeon did not pull the cylinders far enough into the glan. The tips of the cylinders need to be almost three forth into the glan, if not you are going to have a floppy glan. Did you have a couple of snake eyes on the tip of your penis after surgery? That would show that they did pull the cylinder the proper way. I did not exercise for six weeks. I wanted everything healed up because on my first revision I tried pumping it up all the way and it busted the stitches on about a quarter inch of the incision. I panic and rushed to the ER. They told me they could not restitch it and they prescribed me some antibiotic ointment. It finally healed up, but I waited till the scab it had formed fell off. You should never rush into cycling or even having sex if not completely healed up.
you never mentioned where you had the surgery and who the surgeon was. Good to know who these surgeons are sometimes.

Yes i did see 2 little eyes at the head the one on the left was a little lower
When i deflate the left tube goes down lower then the righ side
In fact i have no pain at all on the right side of my penis or at the head on the right
All the pain is on the left of the head when it is full and if it is empty it drop under the head and out
The pump on the other hand my doc told me not to do an pumping or pulling till after the 6 weeks because of the swelling so i didnt mess with it
He told me when he swelling went down to tug on the pump ever day and it should come down soon but so far no luck
During sex the pump kinda in the way because its right against the shaft at the base
I drive a truck and im getting in and out of he truck many times a day and with it there im alway mashing it and alway running my hand in my pant to pull my sack and left nut up to keep from mashing them
That pump where its stuck at has every the twisted and cocked side way
Any one know how i can get my pump freed from my sack skin
Is the pump not suppose to be floating freely like my nuts

Pumping all the way to max can make sex uncomfortable, so I just pump up enough just....about 90%
Things, sensations, are more enjoyable.

I'm trying to regain size (who isn't?). I've been diligent cycling 2-3 times a day. I've run my number of pumps up...120 on a couple of days. However, when I asked my AMS rep, she replied with this:

"You should never have to pump > 25 -40 pumps with your device. It has a safety mechanism in the valve that once it reaches a certain pressure gradient it will not transfer any more fluid – the pump will still pump, but fluid is not transferring. I have attached some exercising guidelines to this email that might assist you with your device."

It seems I've been pumping blanks (pun intended). This is from an AMS document:

"There are a few exercises that you can do that will assist you in getting back some of your length and girth. By doing these exercises, it will allow the device to act as a tissue expander and will stretch the “tunica”, which is the tissue that the device sits within. The important thing to know about these exercises is that you must do them daily and it is a process that can take time. I tell patients that you can develop length and girth over the next 6 months to 1 year. It is much like going to the gym and lifting weights. It isn’t instantaneous, because you must stretch out and retrain the tissue (like building your muscles). The good news is they are very simple, and if you are faithful in exercising you may notice a difference over the next year.

"1. Pump the device until the bulb becomes hard (in the early days that may only be 3-4 pumps – do not worry about the number). When the bulb becomes hard:
"2. Wait 60 seconds
"3. Then pump 1-2 more times
"4. Wait 60 seconds
"5. Pump 1-2 more times
"6. Leave the device inflated for at least 20 minutes
"7. Perform this exercise 2 times per day

"What you will notice over the next several weeks is that the number of initial pumps will increase. You may experience some pain (stretching or burning) with these exercises. That is good! (Again, like our gym analogy when you begin to lift weights you have sore muscles- the pain is because the tunica is stretching). Patients report that sometimes it is easier to do these exercises in the early days in a shower or bath as it helps soften the tissue."
