I am "Post-RP". I make no semen but still (on a good day) have a throbbing orgasm that goes on and on and on. My theory is the little pump that pumps my semen doesn't know I have no semen and keeps trying to pump as long as I and/or she keeps moving.

That sure seems to blast a big hole in the logic of many members that have only had one or perhaps two implants commenting about how things are. Not that they're lying, but that mens experience can vary so much.

IMHO, men with PE should not be commenting on a thread about men suffering from DE. I know it's difficult, but try to be patient. My sensitivity and ejaculatory function did not return to pre-surgical form until almost one year post-op. I worried and wondered if it would ever come back. Carbergoline has been very helpful to me but I have been weaning myself off of it successfully for about the last 6 or 7 sessions and am very excited and thankful about that. It seems to have taken place about at my 1 year post implant anniversary.

I have the same feeling. I think it is because, with the implant and staying erect (and able to continue thrusting) after orgasm and ejaculation I can continue stimulation of my penis until my semen is completely ejected from the epididymis. After cumming, my libido is more completely drained than I ever could get it in pre-implant sex wherein my erection collapsed long before my semen was completely exhausted.
