You are absolutely right, it is a 23.5 cm titan the total , now I am very concerned about the outer length, thank you for correcting this mistake just 5 day from implant .

Do not spend any mental or emotional energy on those numbers. As I said, the distal measurement and proximal measurements are taken from the incision location, which is arbitrary. Had your surgeon made the incision 2.5 cm more proximal (less than an inch) those numbers would be 9.5 and 14. So, instead of half your implant outer, 60% would be outer.

What is important is how much of your PENIS is outer (extending beyond your pubic mound). The implant really does not change that dimension all that much.

today I am one week after my implant I am still with a half erection I never saw the eyes of snakes on my penis, although I feel the normal glans as I have always had and I can feel that it is hard in the lower part above the neck the dr told me that my glans is big and in the moment of excitement it would fill with blood and this would be very good for me.

I agree that is odd. But it is my understanding that the thread is already in the end of the implant. So why would it get taken out? If it isn't there & used how the heck did the implant get pushed in? It would be like pushing a string or spaghetti. Way too much work. Its my guess that he either didn't bruise or didn't look until the eyes healed.
His surgery notes should be obtained & read to relieve his concerns in my opinion.

Right. That agrees with what I posted. Instead of the typical 1/3 of the implant being in your crus, you apparently have about half of your implant in your crus. This suggests that your erection will be well-supported and very stable when pumped up.

Actually his operation was by Dr. Clavell so i'm like 100% sure he did it correctly.
I think the jury is still out on his ability to push the sizing envelope, but generally really good results from him.

I have closely followed my recovery and I have not had snake eyes I have not had absolutely any pain in the penis or in the scrotum I have not had inflammation or color change in both only a discomfort in the lower right abdomen when I walk or change position, when I sit or stand I repeat the glans feel completely normal and the lower part is harder, my girth is bigger too.

Snake eyes are two very small “bruises” that are made from needles that are pushed through the glans to pull the ends of the cylinders to the top of your penis. They do not hurt after surgery is complete and go away quickly. Nothing to worry about.
