You can never go wrong with @LostSheep’s advice. I would add that many/most women decide whether they will fuck you in the first 10 minutes of meeting. Guys? We’ll fuck anybody who smiles at us or acts interested. Maybe that’s just me…Anyway, your primary job is to not say or do anything that will make her change her mind. I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to mention the implant before having sex at least once.
Would you expect her to tell you her boobs are fake, her lips are full of collagen, she has botox, had vaginal tightening and or steaming? Of course not!!

Just have fun and don’t overthink it!

I feel that you're correct. A woman that might have sex will check you off that list really fast if you touch any of her boundries. Knowing what to not do is likely more important than what you do.

Just as long as one of her boundaries is not an implant.

Implants are rarely on a woman's mind (or even in her knowledge base) unless she has had one before. In that event, she might be thrilled that you have one..

Once you have gotten into serious foreplay, she has already decided to have sex with you. Very few revelations will make her call a halt. (Being serial killer, etc)

Lost Sheep again you are correct, My girlfriend , who is 25 years younger than I am, had never experienced an implant before me and she thinks the implant is the best thing ever invented, She can not imagine a woman not appreciating an implant. Of course you need a little finesse but just being a decent person should be enough. I can not imagine having to hide the fact of having an implant.
