low-dose quetiapine/seroquel for ED?
I have seen reports online of quetiapine low dose for ED. Anyone have experience with this?
35 gay male, top/vers. ED complicated by long-term SSRI and quetiapine use as well as smoking previously. Currently on 5mg cialis daily. Also tried sildenafil 25-100mg on demand, all successful.

Low dose quetiapine is mostly prescribed as an off label medication for sleeping issues.
It's not the best way to fall asleep. I'm taking it because ED gave me a strong insomnia but I dislike how I wake up the morning after.

did it have any effect on your ED due to its alpha-blocking properties?

Re: low-dose quetiapine/seroquel for ED?
I was on 300mg daily for depression, titrated down and stopped taking it but ED worsened after stopping, I think its effects on alpha receptors and serotonin etc are very similar to trazodone, but trazodone seems to help ED even at higher doses, the opposite with quetiapine... going back on 75mg quetiapine, will ask doctor about switching to trazodone. I also now take low-dose zoloft 25mg
