penis looking down no like help please.
Dear bionic brothers, today is the 15th day since my coloplast titan implant, as I had said before, after the second week I have not had pain, inflammation or color change, it seems that my body has accepted the implant well, I am satisfied with my procedure but I would like ask anyone who could help me with my question, my penis is partially inflated, the dr told me 60 or 70% I feel stiff I feel the tubes in the penis and in the glans but this at 5.00 pm or 4.30 pm points completely towards down beforehand so they don't tell me that I wanted a penis that works, not a nice penis with flowers and a hat, but the hell after paying 20k one wants the best I think? I see in many most of the photos of the implanted an erect penis pointing at 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm looking up, the question for you old and young and This will be fixed when inflated to 100%, is this an anatomical problem? This is a doctor's error? or is it a failure of the titan implant? or what you want to say brothers help, this forum make me take the decision, and one wants the best I hope answers please !!

My opinion, for what it’s worth, is that day 15 is way too early to freak out.
At a similar time mine might have been sticking straight out at 3 o’clock, but it was an inch too short and the pump was roaming around in my nutsack and putting itself in the most inconvenient places possible.
By 3 months the pump had dropped to a totally easy to use place, the dick itself was pointing about 2 o’clock, and it has stayed there. Very natural upward curve too.
It works great, it never hurts, I’m still cycling daily, and my loss of 1/4” length and 1/2” girth pale in comparison to what I’ve gained.
It is way too soon to conclude what will happen in another Month or two, and you’ve got a lot of healing left to do. Keep the faith, baby. I bet everything is gonna be all Right.
I’m usually my own worst critic. I look at myself nude in a mirror and think “damn, that’s a nice Looking package”.
I had an infrapubic installation. The swelling On top made getting a good bone pressed measurement difficult for at least 3-4mo this, in order to truly compare before and after
I think you’ll be ok just give things time to heal before passing judgment.

Re: penis looking down no like help please.
Did you point your penis up (usually done by wearing a jock strap/athletic supporter right after surgery) during the healing process? This helps point your erection up, as scar tissue forms, holding the base of the implant pointed up.
Your implant's rear tip is hard plastic (and the front tip is, too, but my discussion has nothing to do with the front tip) and the middle portion is inflatable and flexible. When the implant is inflated, the flexible part gets larger and stiffer. Of course, you knew all this before.
The junction between the rigid rear tip and the flexible, inflatable part is often a source of unfavorable erection angle. It tends to be a "hinge". You want this junction to be buried as deep in your pelvic crus as possible so the inflated portion of the implant is stabilized (gripped) by the scar tissue that forms around the implant. This provides stability to the implant when inflated.
Exactly where the rear tip is (and how deep) and the angle that rear tip is, as scar tissue forms around it, will determine the angle of your erection.
So, you want your rear tip to be tilted up as that scar tissue forms.
Keeping your (healing and partially inflated) penis/implant pointed up will help with that angle.
This is what I have learned. Did your surgeon discuss any of this with you?

Lost, I don't agree with your conclusion. Your natural cruses are buried inside of you and are attached to the cruse muscles. Your tunica's are attached to the cruse's and filled with the new implant. My implant inflatable part hangs off the end of my RTE's. If I had no RTE's the inflatable would fill the entire tunica. When it is hardened with saline pressure it should point exactly as you previous penis did. When using injections I pointed exactly the same. With the pubic installation the only minor scaring is on top of the penis. At 70% I do hang down at the joint some, but at 80-90% I am at 3 o'clock. If I had no RTE's , I would probably hav dog ears at my pubic bone. You also have suspensatory muscles under the base of your penis that jacks it up. Those muscles sag with age.

My knowledge of the anatomy and geometry in that locale is spotty, for sure.
I was just thinking that the angle the rear of the implant is embedded in the crus might be pointed more downward. Despite suspensory ligaments and other supporting anatomy, the implant, starting out pointed down may be hard to turn upward.
I will be the first to admit to being wrong sometimes.

Re: penis looking down no like help please.
I was told the erect angle was dependent on individual anatomy, and contributing factor is the relationship between internal body and external penis measurements. I feel lucky that 75 percent of my implant is in the external shaft, leaving me with a decent length. However the anchor is internally rather short and I stand erect at 4 O’clock.

Re: penis looking down no like help please.
I agree with that. It is your natural body that determines angle. Scar tissue healing doesn't have much effect. If it did, pubic approach with scar on top of the tunica would be preferred to curve it up. Some guys go a long time with ED. Maybe their suspensatory ligament has loosened up since they had a real hard on. A picture of your anatomy exposed really would help explain this.Lost Sheep wrote:oldbeek wrote:Lost, I don't agree with your conclusion. (edited for focus)
