HOW TO RAISE TESTOSTERONE LEVELS

Postby gusord » Sun Jan 13, 2013 5:18 pm

I have a hard time ejaculating and very little semen comes out when I do climax. I have been looking on line and
see products like andro 400, trimix, virectin, and nugenix, etc. Any men tried different products to boost their
libido and testosterone levels ? I just had many prostate samples taken as I had some high readings. I have
ejaculated twice and both times I still had blood from the penis.
I would like to know of men who have used a product that successfully helped boost their libido, etc.

I started using testosterone gel which increased my T-level and increased my libido, but not my ejaculate. You can also use T shots and embedded pellets. HoweveR, if you have been tested with elevated PSA, by adding T exogenously you will be aggravating the situation and increasing the risk of prostate problems.

Hi, I use both DHEA and Tribulus, both work along the same lines but one backs the other up, if you read up about them both, you will see you can buy them as a stack, Ok they work by boosting your testosterone, lift your libido, and energy levels, but please do read up about DHEA (hormone) before you start it, it can have the odd funny side effect with the odd person, if you read the webmd write up about DHEA I think it says about incressing your load.
Tribulus( herb), this takes about 8 weeks to get to full power, then cut back to just 5 days out of 7, I do take both and do that with both, not noticed if I get extra as its in the wife, if you know what I mean, but i think I'm ok on them both, a side effect for me is that the hairs in my ears and nose has reduced, and I dont get BO anymore.
Do hope this helps.
Good Luck

dtwarren,

You are saying that by raising my testosterene levels its going to cause more problems with my prostate. The
report on the samples will be coming back by this thursday. I also take medications like seroquel, remeron,
wellbutrin, synthroid, and klonopin. I wonder how much the viberect system would help.
Also why does ALL DAY CHEMIST require a statement that their products will not be used in the USA ? If their
products are good as most men seem to say why do their products have restrictions like that.

Well my prostate samples came back and they were negative - thank GOD. I ordered 30 tablets of levitra from
ALL DAY CHEMIST - they also send an additional 30 tablets - 20 mg. There are no restrictions on levitra being
shipped to the USA.

Just a word of caution - are your testosterone levels really low? If so, please only deal with it with a doctor. Hormones are tricky things and can be dangerous if taken on your own. If you only want to boost ejaculate...first, make sure you are not retro-ejaculating (is your urine cloudy after sex or masturbation?). Then drink more water and eat lots of celery. There is a supplement - which I am NOT advocating...called Ejaculoid. I've had patients try it and swear it increases load. But...sigh..it gets complicated. the amount of ejaculate really does not add that much more sensation. If your orgasms are less...you need to increase arousal and stimulation. Whole different task.
There is no silver bullet or quick fix in anything related to sex.

I agree about being careful with testosterone, especially as it relates to prostate problems. The following is routine practice, although maybe not well known outside of people whose lives are disrupted by cancer. My neighbor had prostate cancer about ten years ago and had it removed, but the cancer has come back. His son told me that testosterone tends to help? feed? prostate cancer cells, so his dad is taking estrogen now to counteract the testosterone. He will probably lose his facial hair, etc., but he has no options at this point. This is all being done under a doctor's supervision.

So I would be real leery of taking testosterone for ANY reason, especially if you have some prostate problems (unless under a doctor's supervision).

I agree about ejaculate -- I have no prostate and no ejaculate, and the climaxes are a bit different but the intensity still mostly depends on mental arousal.
RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.

Yep, the internal chemisty of the human organism is interesting and can be tricky. As I've stated before, (good) cholesterol is a feedstock for testosterone and testosterone is a feedstock for prostate cancer. Thus, lowering your "bad" cholesterol (a good thing) can lower your good cholesterol to the point that your T levels go down: not a good thing. And increasing T levels with drugs and such can jump start the growth of prostate cancer. Lowering T levels can starve random prostate cancer cells that may have escaped the knife during prostate surgery. Hence the "chemical castration" treatment (Lupron) for prostate cancer survivors with high Gleason scores or rising PSA levels.

No, I'm not a chemist or a biologist. I ask a lot of questions and my uro and other doctors are always will to answer them. If they weren't, they wouldn't be on my team. And then, amazing as it sounds, I actually listen to their advice and try to do what they recommend. :)

I'm no expert on this but the best possible way to raise your testosterone levels is to improve your lifestyle. Eath healthy, don't smoke, get some exercise. I am terrified of TRT, the list of side effects is long and scary.

Further caution against TRT. As I have mentioned in other threads and alluded to above, I started TRT about 18 months ago which increased my T level from 190 to 750. However, After about a year my PSA started to rise a bit so my endocrinologist recommend I stop or reduce the TRT so I cut the dose in half and three months later my T was reduced to 350 and my PSA started to come down a little. I decided to reduce the dose by another half and three months later I just received my latest lab test showing my T level had dropped to 180 - lower than it was prior to starting TRT. Apparently, the introduction of exogenous T has reduced the ability of my system to produce T naturally. My decision now is weather to give up TRT completely and hope I can get my system to readjust and increase the natural production of T or go back to a full dose of TRT and risk the rising of my PSA.
