I have a question. At week 10 after implant. Lost much sensation in penis. Have had orgasms but it takes so long. Wife is laid up after a knee replacement . Based on my experience, I wouldn't spend a bunch of money on a device.

Like you, at week 10 I had little sensation. I could barely feel anything, either when jerking off or during sex. But it returned soon enough. By four and a half months after my surgery, I was back to nearly full sensation.

Well, I have read the comments. Talked to the wife. She liked “Time to wait s “ advise about me saving money to romance her. I think I might just try to be patient. Yes first it does take time to return to normal sensations, nerves are the slowest thing to regenerate.
In the mean time look at eBay or Amazon for male masturbators. There are millions. My advice is find one that has a variety of speeds, vibrations and will rotate or thrust.
