Maximum girth/length??

I know everyone is different, HOWEVER how long after a implant did it take you to get to maximum girth/length?

This will depend on a lot of things. Type of device used, cycling protocol, early vs late activation, use of VED post implant, how much loss, how long you had ED and and how it was treated. And most likely a lot more I cannot think of. I am 40 months post op from my first surgery and my second surgery for a repair kept my original device. I am now after all this time getting close to 6.5" in length. But I have had a number of problems and this really effected getting the back size loss I had. I am still about a 1/2" or a bit more under my healthy youthful size. All I can say is to keep working on it. No way to tell what the outcome will be but if you don't continue to work on it you will not know.

It’s been almost 20 months. I don’t think I’m there yet.

I think there’s way too many variables to say that it will all be back by a specific time.

In my case at 3 months I was not quite an inch shy of my before surgery length. At 6 months it was closer to a half inch. At a year it was definitely less than a half inch difference. At 18 months it was just over 1/4”. I’m pretty much to the point “whatever, this works great, it’s a nice looking dick, why worry?”

I’m not sure than an LGX is going to get me back to 6” of girth but what I’ve got is more than adequate. It’s a little less than half an inch from my before measurement.

The bulb on my pump is still pretty hard. I inflate using very small squeezes of bulb. Even past 60 or 70 little squeezes if I hold my dick in right hand and squeeze bulb with left, I can still feel it getting imperceptively bigger/stiffer even after I’ve pumped to what I consider 100%. It doesn’t hurt when I do that. So I guess what I need to do is pump until I can’t move any more fluid and see where that puts me.

Short answer is keep cycling. It took me a year before I would say that mine was pretty damned close to the starting size. Truthfully, if you’ve got one that expands instead of simply getting stiff it should be possible to actually stretch your tissues out over time to the maximum size allowed by the device and reservoir fluid.
