Had an implant on 7/1. Orgasms seem great. Ejaculation is very week. Seems only to just dribble out. Is this normal and/or will it improve?

IMHO, once you're pumped to the max, maybe the cylinders restrict the outflow of ejaculate.?

Can’t be. Men our age are unable to ejaculate like in the youth. Most have an enlarged prostate, a weak pelvic muscle, furthermore in our age we are not supposed to make babies anymore. If a man around 70 claims stiil to be able shooting big loads I don’t believe a single word.

That's how mine is too. Even after finished some will dribble out. But at my age just glad to have any ejaculate.
Not sure if that is related to the surgery, because for me peeing is the same way. Pee and shake it but there's always a drip hiding.

How about the younger guys with implants? Anyone else experiencing weaker ejaculation post-implant? As I understand it, the function of spongiosum engorgement is to protect the urethra from collapsing under the cavernosal compressive forces during erection so ejaculation is not blocked. I wonder if an implantee is experiencing weak ejaculation, whether this correlates with lack of glans/spongiosum engorgement? Would be great to hear from both guys who have retained glans/spongiosum engorgement versus those who have not to see if ability to engorge may play a role in force of ejaculation.
