In my opinion...do exactly what your doctor tells you to do. I was about 7 weeks from surgery to fucking, and I survived. You will too. The upside is, I now fuck just about every day, some days more than once or twice. Don't mess with what is going to give you the best sex you ever had.

39 days? Hell my doctor had me wait 6 WEEKS. I to had a 50-60% hardon after surgery. You're not going want to here this, BUT do what the doctor says. Personally, I think those who SAY they started fucking 3 days after surgery are bullshit. Hell, you have to heal. Besides, if you do what the doc says and things DON'T work out...you can sue their ass.

Also no pain when you are free-hanging may differ than having a penetrative sex. It also depends upon who are you having sex with. You don't know how it goes, but a partner who knows about your implant can help you in that. In case of discomfort, you need more lube, wait a few minutes, or change positions.

I can't suggest what you do, but my experience was:
I had no pre-existing conditions that would complicate my recovery time.

My doctor left me uninflated the day after surgery and I went back in 3 weeks for activation.

I tried it out "gently" several days later with no problems.
I once caught flak for admitting I used it 2 days before my official go ahead date..

I have to assume that he hasn't.
If he did, I'd guess you could start GENTLY massaging it.

Perhaps you could call your surgeon on the phone, tell him of your condition (no pain, no redness, no bruising and any other details). He may have seen something inside your penis that would present a danger if you start having sex too soon. Me may want to examine you before you attempt coitus.

As others have said, you do not want to risk years of future sex for a 15 day earlier fuck.
