My sexual impotence make me very sad.
Im 37 years,and since 2013 i have this sexual impotence.
No sex during 8 years.
Viagra and others dont give me erection

for some reason, i'm very skeptical about the potential of this so-called MED3000 drug. at best, it may work as effectively as liquid trimix/MUSE, which is apparently way less effective than injection therapy. since I see that pde5 pills (cialis, viagra, etc.) have basically no effect on you either (same thing with me), I'd suggest looking into how you can get a prescription for injections (probably edex/caverject instead of trimix since you live in Europe).

Why would Caverject or Edex be dangerous to have a child? It doesn't affect your semen.

Why is the condom necessary? If you're with someone you plan to have a child with I assume you would know if you're each disease free so no condom necessary or wanted. If you're being intimate with someone you're not in a monogamous relationship with you should be wearing a condom regardless.

Why do the injections scare you? For most guys they are not painful, especially once you figure out your technique. For a few guys the meds are painful but they're a minority. The injection itself generally involves little or even no pain.

With a proper injection technique the risk of fibrosis, especially with Caverject or Edex, is low, but there is some risk.

There are only so many effective ED treatments. If the others aren't working for you or aren't available to you and injections are what the doctor recommends then just do it. It could change your life.

We know how you feel, we've all been there before.

If you like, please share your experience with us and be more specific. Have you been to a urologist already? Do you know the exact cause of your problem (psychogenic, vasculogenic, other)?

FT is wonderful, you'll find tons of useful info and everyone here is supportive but only a doctor can say what's right for you. Self medication is always a risk. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!

Sorry but that sounds absurd. What does an intracavernous injection and the requirement of having to wear a condom have to do with each other?
