I just read the Patient Information Leaflet. It says it won't protect you against sexually transmitted diseases and that condoms can. It also says:

Pregnancy and breast-feeding Caverject can be used by couples wishing to conceive and with a partner who is pregnant or breast-feeding. It will not protect your partner from pregnancy, so you should use a reliable contraceptive if appropriate.

Nowhere does it say that a condom must be used at all times and situations.

No, in a monogamous relationship with both partners disease free you don't have to wear a condom. Yes, you can knock-up your girl!

Hello student, my understanding is that for vitaros or muse you should use a condum because some of the chemical could be deposited with the semen and they're not sure if it could affect the fetus. However since injections are not in any direct contact with the semen it should not affect conception. Good luck, I'm trying too

Guys, indeed on the EDEX and Caverject boxes and leaflets it's stated that it should not be used if your partner is pregnant.
I believe it has something to do with the fact that Prostaglandin is a drug originally used to induce birth in pregnant women.
So no, the OP is not wrong about reading this, it's just another slightly absurd precaution that companies put on their product "just in case".
