Your penis looks fantastic to be only 13 days from surgery. You are right about size . Its to early to judge now but you have a realistic outlook about thing and that will serve you well. No man wants to lose size no matter what they are or were before surgery. Implant do have limitations for size. If you are bigger in length or girth, of the implant, then you're only getting what that implant can give. Unfortunately I was beyond the girth that an implant could provide and therefore lost some girth. My girth is still well above average and my length is the same as pre surgery so I am very pleased with a functioning penis .

agree with above sentiment. I was disillusioned for like the first 2 to 3 months after that I had lost size, but little by little it has increased and am back pretty much to my pre surgery length. Once the scrotum bruising and swelling subsides that will look a lot better as well. It is a process for sure, but you'll get there and be happy with it eventually.

Just don't go overboard with the pumping.
You will experiment, find your groove, and then think if you do more, you will get there faster...at the expense of your ball sac being sore .

Day #15 update: My doctor says pump aggressively and get your partners to help you (I did in this video). Keep it up for at least 30 minutes, even during housework (I did in this video). Plus two more questions from guys online.
