How often do you inject?

Sounds to me like alprostadil would be far safer in terms of the biggest potential side effects (fibrosis and priapism). I had a very slight dull ache from the Trimix...which makes me think I'd be able to handle the Alprostadil on its own.

If trimix made you ache, it was probably the alprostadil causing the ache, so doing just alprostadil alone will probably be worse.

So you might have to choose - less pain with more risk, or more pain with less risk.

I prefer 3x a week, a fourth romp or in between romp 100mg sildenafil works ok with ring. Am considering going back to PT141 for the 4th or 5th romp. What is good about injecting...if I want a good hard on 20 units is perfect for hour to almost 2 (maybe hour half), 10 to 15 units 45 min to hour, 10 units just ok about 70% erect for quickie. I keep everything frozen as per pharmacy with different loaded syringes in different units. A mentor on this site told me to take a frozen syringe, put it between my lips, to warm, while getting alcohol swab and figuring out how to get 50% erect before injection. 5 minutes, maybe 7 minutes, goes by quickly, and trimix is unthawed.....thus jab and "go to work"! My mrs the other day said my penis was a little cold at first, but she enjoyed the spontaneous romp! Lucky no pain, no pain from jab! If I need twice a day jab, and the mrs is horny....what the heck....i have accompished it....thinking vacation or camper sex!

Since trimix, increased romps, TRT, argnineL...etc...etc....5mg daily cialis...my "gizzum" output is increasing, and my libido is high.

From prior posts it's obvious that frequency is as varied as dosages and formulas of Trimix. For me, twice a week is almost perfect and keeps everything tip top and gives me time to recover. And, of course, my darlin wife has a lot to say about timing. I know fun is coming when I see that she has pulled one my prefilled syringes out of the freezer and put it into the fridge to gently thaw and titillate.... but, I digress.

Would I like that frequency to increase? Certainly, foremost: when my darlin wife retires at next year, she will be able to relax, take more time for her and have more time for sex . The 30-35u of 20/30/2 Trimix (I now inject manually*) works wonders on my uncut grower, but the rest of me needs to keep up, so I'm working on strength and stamina... Added 1,000mg of L'Arginine to my daily intake - that's helping...

I have a fairly strong Trimix formula: 20MCG Alprostadil/ 30MG Papaverine/ 2MG/ML Phentolamine and I inject 40 units. My Uro told me to only use it twice a week. Two erections per week is better than none.
