Mine is more of an issue pushing the head back and/or to the left. Here are some pictures of what is going on with me...
-1st pic is just pulling on the glans while 100% inflated.. maybe?? this means I was undersized... tips are like 1/2 inch short of glans when I pull.
- I can't even lay on my back for more than a few secs without intense pain right where the tip portrudes in pic 2 and 3.

Just a laymans opinion. In my time on FT & reading literally thousands of old posts. I don't recall many, if any with this same condition. I think its been mentioned & I think you've mentioned seeking another surgeons opinion. I would highly recommend doing that.
I don't know the formal name of the tissue wall that is across the penis at the glans area. Was it you that mentioned a procedure I presume on this tissue? I think Kansas has some successfull patients on the forum so I'm thinking your implant might be butting up against this glan wall. It could explain what looks like a measuring error.
I wish you the best outcome possible. Please keep a positive attitude & keep on the path to a good resolution.

The third picture does look like the cylinders stop at the end of your shaft. I would get a second opinion for sure

I know I only had mine for 8 days but mine are doing the same thing as ViaSwiss. How far do the cylinder tips suppose to go into the head? How should it be? Do they push into the head of penis? Mine are at the base of the head much like ViaSwiss. It doesn't feel like there is a chamber for them to go into. The head of mine just flops over the cylinders. I did not see any snake eyes after my surgery. Just some crusty blood.

What device do you have, Titan, Cx, or LGX?

From everyone's responses I've seen, tips should go about or at least halfway into the glans. I did have snake eyes after my surgery.

Post a pic of what is going on with yours?

If the cylinder tips don't go at least halfway into the glans, I'd demand to know why.
Can you pull the glans down so that the tips temporarily go into the glans?
If so, I think you're undersized.

I have a titan classic. You can see mine do the same but it’s only day 9.
