I'm not going to repeat all the great advice above, but one thing comes to mind that you didn't mention. How's your weight and cardio fitness? Metabolic disease is a major contributor to ED. Just a thought. Best of luck!

Wait.. but you say you can achieve erection when you masturbate. That is weird
26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

My simple answer & opinion: No. These are years of your life you can't get back and intimacy with your loved one, or whomever for that matter, is a gift.

There are hoops to jump through to ensure you're qualified, that many here talk to. My response is simply to the age question.
