So the oral meds still sometimes work for me at very high doses but I have been experimenting with injections for the last couple of months. It’s been hit or miss as I learn proper technique and dosage. It’s not fun at all, and I’ve kicked around the question of how long can I do this until I move to an implant. I am hoping with this new product in clinical trials I can hold out long enough to give it a try. It is reversible and makes sense. It sounds like it would be on demand and easy to use.

I think it’d just work if you have spinal cord injury or RP. If you have VL, psychogenic problems or PSSD I don’t know if it is actually gonna work
26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

I don't understand how this works completely, but it seems to be aimed at guys who lost the nerves to stimulate an erection. Some examples were prostate removal where the nerves were damaged or removed and other neurological problems like paralysis.
I don't think it would work in cases of venous leakage but obviously, I could be wrong.

I don’t have venous leak. I have pssd from antidepressant usage. I don’t think it would work for those guys with venous leak, however, I see no reason why it would not work for psychogenic issues or for someone like me where something is going on with my brain sending the arousal signals. I mean it directly turns on the nerve for erection.

That makes sense, good luck.

So cool. Hope this will come out in two years. Would be happy to try it

Sounds great. Never heard of it before. Nothing is better than a blood filled dick. To bad I already have an implant.
