10 days post implant - thoughts so far

Hello guys! Had my surgery Tuesday 17th august
Quick break down and I have a couple of questions too please

Day of the surgery, 2 hours after waking up from the operation I thought what the f*ck have I just done!!
Day 1 post op I kept the same thoughts, I had the odd few suicidal thoughts during day 1. I just couldn’t believe what was happening.

Day 2-7, plenty of medication, antibiotics, couldn’t open my bowels til the 6th day! Things just felt like they were getting worse

Day 8-10 were huge for me, bowels opened often, walking a lot better, moving around a lot more, day 9 went out for a meal! I was surprised considering 7 days ago I was about to lose my mind

Overall as it stands I am very happy with recovery, I did see my surgeon on day 9 and he’s happy with progress so far, seeing him next week to try and pump for the first time

Other than that I only have one main concern, underwear/boxers are amazing right now, without wearing them, this is when my pain/discomfort comes! When the scrotum is hanging (shower, sat on the toilet, walking around naked) all these bring big discomfort to me and I just can’t wait to throw my tight boxers on which lifts my scrotum up and I’m happy again. That is my only concern. Will it be like this forever? Or is this just during the first couple of weeks? Anyone else experience what I’ve just described, is it common or?

My first two weeks were miserable for the most part.It gets better,be patient.I didn’t start feeling normal again Untill about three months out when my implant starting softening up.Best thing I have ever done!You will love it!Hang in there!

Sounds like you’re doing great Azz. I’m a week ahead of you and still pretty sore when I move about a lot but getting a bit better each day. From what I’ve picked up from the forums most guys have some variety of pain for a few weeks which gradually fades away for most , so it sounds like what you are going through is normal and will ease soon

Love my boxer briefs to keep the sack up tight. Took me a long time to heal, but around the 5th or 6th month everything seemed to feel in place and got used to the 3rd testicle feeling. Close to 2 years out now and love it.
