Don’t use Khera. Go with a true specialist which is Dr. Jonathan Clavell.
Born 1986. ED. Peyronie's.
Considering an Implant. Consulting with Dr. Eid.
Using Cialis 10mg/day + 20mg for sex. Injections of PGE-1.

My first implant was with him with misplace the (crossover) and he undersized me. That was Titan 18+1.
My second surgery was last December with Dr Clavell. I received AMS CX 21+1.5. I am very satisfied.
Dr Clavell is excellent surgeon with excellent bedside manners and is very caring doc. It is easy to talk to him, he is good listener and is not biased toward one or the other implant manufacturers.
He performs around 150 implants per year. I don’t think any one in TX performs more.
Search for his name and you will find multiple patients on this forum implanted by Dr Clavell.
I highly recommend him.
He answers all his emails very fast and answers all you questions and concerns. Give call to his office and schedule an office visit.
I am also in Houston so if you want to contact me, please send me a PM and we can talk or even we can meet in person.

I used Dr. Robert Cornell in 2017. Still works like brand new. Care was professional and excellent.

Good Luck!

This is just a thought.

I doubt that any qualified surgeon is going to do an intentionally piss-poor job on you.

It is a good idea to solicit opinions from others.

It would also be (imho) a REALLY good idea to talk to several. Get a consult with each of the three who have been mentioned. Then make a decision based on reputation, other people’s results, and your level of confidence after interviewing/interacting with the doctor.

It’s a surgeon. Cutting on YOUR junk. No established high volume implant guy gets up in the morning thinking “how many dudes can I undersize today?” But when they knock you out, what is important is did you have confidence in him....not whether txagq8 did.
Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

I need to chime in on this thought. In reading some fairly old threads. I've come across a couple of posts where a FT member claimed that a surgeon made some pretty outlandish statements. Like one said he'd short a guy by 2" & you'll be glad I didn't short you more. Even in this very thread a member tells of being shorted by 3.5cm's. I remember his dilemma very well. It wasn't all that long ago.
Poor surgery practices can take a whole career to change in some cases. A surgeon usually doesn't just change into a bad one. His field improves & passes him up.
Btw, it would be easier if a bad surgeon was bad EVERY time. But it seems they get it right just often enough to keep getting business.

Some surgeons just don't give a fuck. There's a video of Khera explaining his sizing. He says you *will* lose size. That he measures patients by lightly pulling the flacid penis. Fuck that.
