How is the comparison of befor and after length?

Thank you for your post. I did the “David” pose in front of the bathroom mirror this morning. Sorry, he’s shorter and has pubes!

Terry:

I was 6.25” X 5.25” before surgery, now I’m a .25” shorter. Two weeks ago I was .5” shorter. The cylinders are stretching out, and I’m regaining length and girth. The LGX “says” you will gain 18% in both directions over time, if so, that will put me at around 7” X 6”! SOLD

On the advice of Bionic by AMS, I got a medical grade pump yesterday and have started using it. However, I have not lost any length. I just stopped taking pills and being very aggressive about the implant. My size is always been 6.25 X 5.25. I will post a more in-depth story soon. Thanks guys!

I am having implant surgery a week from today...why are you using a pump for before surgery?...Is this something I should be doing...my Doctor hasn't mentioned it...thanks..Carl

I just saw my Doc yesterday and got my "practice" pump keychain. I asked him about using the VED before the scheduled 3/7 surgery and he said I should use the VED several times a day until the surgery to get the best result. He said that it does make a difference, so I am doing it in the morning and evening.

Jere...I could not find the jockey shorts locally...So I just ordered them from jockey.com and paid for overnight shipping...my surgery is set for Tuesday morning...hope they get here by Monday...went and had blood work done yesterday and paid my deductable...Everything is a GO.. this time next week...Be a Bionic player...YEEHAW!!..LOL.. thanks for your posts...they have been a huge help...Carl

PROCEDURE AND SPECIFICS: After a signed informed consent was obtained, the patient was taken to the operating suite, laid in supine position. After general endotracheal anesthesia was obtained, his penis and perineum prepped and draped in usual sterile fashion. A Foley catheter was inserted and a transverse scrotal incision was made at the penoscrotal junction. Dissection was performed down to the layer of the corporal bodies. Stay sutures were placed bilaterally. Corporal bodies were opened using electrocautery. The corporal bodies were then dilated proximally and distally using Hegar dilators, dilated 12 distally and 13 proximally. Corporal bodies were then measured, appropriately sized penile prosthesis was identified and placed within the corporal bodies, tested and found to be properly positioned. A space for the reservoir was placed medial to the inguinal canal into the abdominal cavity. This was filled with sterile saline. The connectors were then placed on the tubing, connecting the prosthesis to the reservoir. Prosthesis was again inflated and found to be working properly. The pump was then placed in the pocket in the scrotum, sewn into position. Two-layer closure of the skin was performed. A drain was placed prior to closure of the skin. Prosthesis was inflated to about 60% and taped to the abdominal wall from iliac crest to iliac crest. The patient was then awakened, extubated, carried to recovery room in stable condition. We'll plan to admit him to the floor and evaluate him further there later.
