67years,fighting ed for over twenty years. A sever break, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, and I'm tired- throwing in the towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE, gained girth and length, very glad I took the hard step.

Had a very nice show and tell with a gentleman Friday. It was interesting to actually see and touch another implanted penis. His turned out a bit better than mine but I think he had more to work with than I do. I'm sure I made a friend and hope to see him again. I'm open to show and or tell anyone curious about getting one. I'm about eighty miles west of Spokane, Washington. Stay safe, get your shots and wear a damn mask.

Did you have that angle erection before surgery?
66, married 40+ years. Robotic Prostatectomy with 50% of nerves spared 8/21. Cancer returned 4/22. 38 Radiation treatments. Coloplast Titan implant 20cm + 2cm with Dr. Paul Perito 10/22. Cancer is back 3/23.

Stretch test was 17cm pre-op.
I am at 12.5cm now, 13.5 engorged.
Likely will get a revision to increase cylinder size in 2-3 months.
