You will get so many diverse answers to your questions that it will be meaningless. Everyone is different with different answers to every question you asked.

True. Every man is different as far as dosage but most of us have to increase the amount over time.

I agree with what is stated. We are all different. Some of us use bimix, trimix, etc....some of us use a pde5 with bimix or trimix, etc....

I experimented with VED, pt141, pde5's, undenafil, miso, constriction rings, on and on. I had a goal set, kept a somewhat of notes. HOWEVER i enjoyed the experimenting journey! I and my precious wife had fun and learned new ideas.

Read all that you can, research this site!!! There are many of what I call the "masters." Many of these fellows have extensive research on many subjects.

Find a great uro, one that will listen to you or find a company online. If one uro wont listen, find another. Have your testosterone checked, I am on TRT, and drives my libido off the charts.

Inject? i keep to 20units, but if I take a 20mg cialis at night the next morning I need only 10 units.
Last? depends on my horniness and my wifes horniness. 45 min to 2 hours. I edge as long as possible. One goal is to please my mrs completely.

I am a new injector, so units has not changed for me.

I have zero side effects and no pain. I actually look forward to a needle jab, because of what the outcome is!

I am still using my originally prescribed dosage of 0.15 ml.

2. How long does it last?

It varies quite a bit, as little as no effect (no erection) if I "miss" with the injection. Longest, maybe 2 hours.

3. Do you find as time goes by you need to increase the amount you inject? If so by how much?

If my syringe has been in storage (refrigerator) for over two weeks, I may inject an extra 0.10ml.

4. Has it stopped working for you?

NO.

I use a reg. Tri mix which a local pharmacy compounds, as said before everyone is different, I started with only 7-8 units for 1- 1 1/2 hr erection. But over the 9 months I’m up to 15 units and only if there’s lots of action, I last about 45-1hr. And if I climax it immediately goes away. Will be going to 18-20 to try that. I usually use shot about 10-15 min before needed.I’m also on TRT, and have been increasing it also. Have noticed it definitely effect the erections. Also as others have mentioned I seem to get slightly better lasting results if I use a 10mg cialis earlier in the day.

When I was prescribed Trimix several years ago, I was started at 25 units and slowly increased the dose upto 45 units before I was able to achieve a hard erection for 1.5 to 2 hours. However, over the next six months, I was able to reduce the effective dose to 15 units which worked well for about 2 years before I had to slowly increase the effective dose to 75 units plus at which time I switched to a VED.

Used bimix, trimix caused much pain. So they might be different in effectiveness, Started at 0.15 , over 2yr period had to increase up to 0.5. Eventually started to cause scaring, painful nodules. Got implant 7/21. Now healing and starting to use it. Good luck mate.

I’m using 10 units for a healthy 2 hour hard on. I have no side effects. After injecting the Trimix it starts working in about 10 minutes. I’ve never had a problem with an injection not working. Knock on wood. After I ejaculate I maintain my hard on, my cock is still responsive in the morning.
