Good to hear your progress going nicely. I am scheduled for 1/11 for AUS and IPP and I hpoe mine goes as well. I imagine mine will be a little rougher due to extra incsions and also it will be done scrotal, I think. Thanks for sharing your experience. I look forward to getting this behind me as I am sure you did. Keep up the good healing!

Here are some pics from day 4 following surgery. Some bruising is beginning to show. Swelling is going down. Scrotum still swollen but getting better.

Massage Therapy

Postby Genome » Mon Nov 22, 2010 7:29 am

Last night (day 4 from surgery) my penis was feeling kind of sore and was beginning to look dark and bruised below the glans on the side and underside of the shaft. This is the area where the tips of the implant intersect the glans. No wonder it is sore there.

So i instinctively began to gently rub the skin there with my fingertip to relieve the soreness and reduce the bruising. And... it felt very, very good.....very good). Fearing injury but not wanting to stop...i applied a few drops of KY Silk (liquid lube) and contimued my "therapy." :P I felt orders of magnitude better within a minute....so i kept massaging the sore area...ever so gently.....ever so carefully. Oh man, the ache was actually gone and i was feeling much better....so i continued. :D

To make a long story short....after 15 wonderful minutes.......i blew a huge load. WOW! Biggest I can remember in years. I thought...Bet i regret this in the morning. But man...what a nice way to go to sleep.

So this morning I awoke from a great sleep to find my bruising was almost gone. And realized that i was not more sore because of the therapy. Great lil trick i discovered.... But the key was CAREFULLY and GENTLY.

Sounds like things are returning to normal for you. The huge load I remember from boyhood when I didnt get off for a while. Do you think thats why you blew such a load?

You failed to mention how your unit responded to getting aroused. Did your chambers all function from what you could tell? What affect did arousal have on your unit is my question. How was your erectile quality and what did arousal do to the implant? Just thinking out loud here wondering how something so natural to us guys affected you implant and what you have been thru.

Thank man for your transparency. I have been off all cialis for the past two weeks on a cialis holiday. P E work and edging and erectile ability are much more difficult and at 63, I am having to accept that E D is inevitable. Your transparency helps all us guy in what may be ultimately the answer for us guys who dont want to throw in the towel.

Hope you have a great Thanksgiving man.

Massage therapy, huh? Guess you don't need to worry too much about getting congested down there!
"How do you spell relief?" And I bet it isn't R-O-L-A-I-D-S!!

Second round of "Therapy"

Postby Genome » Mon Nov 22, 2010 6:44 pm

Scrotum continuing to thin out as edema declines. Less sore today. Lil bruising showing up.

I enjoyed another round of "therapy" mid-day today. Very gentle and careful. Detected erection in the glans and spongiosum. None in the cavernosum. Shot a lot again. Shot far, too. The release of endorphins after orgasm eliminates all pain better than percocet. Is cheaper and more fun. :P

Jerry

Physical Thearpy is great. :D Most men have some degree of soreness when first having sex with the implant.

I tell men, after activation, that sex is physical thearpy for your penis. Sex is the best way to work out the soreness.

Glad to hear you are doing so well so soon. You are just beginning to enjoy all the advantages of the IPP.
