Immediate Post op size - 1 inch short with AMS LGX 700 18+1

Hi to all the Bionic brothers

I got implanted 2 weeks ago on the 1st Sep 2021. My stitches have dissolved and totally healed, no pain at all.

Started cycling yesterday, only thing which concerns me is that I was 13.5-13.75 cm before implant and after first inflation I am around 11.25cm,.around 1 inch short.

Tried pushing the pump to its limit but couldn't inflate it more as it was too hard after a point.

Question: Has anyone experienced increase in size from what they achieve after first inflation?

Doc suggested as I have a LGX, it will increase in size upto 1.5-2cm over next 6 months.
But what concerns me if I was undersized as erect length was 13.5cm and considering 7cm inside I thought I will be 21cm.

Any suggestions ?

I have gained over an inch since first inflation and still hoping for more.
Keep working the pump--you have to break it in a bit. It gets easier to use with use.

Yes, I did. But we are all different and of course doctors are different also. The thing is that it is done now and what you need to do is follow your doctors instructions and this is really important for cycling instructions. I would not worry about measuring every day or even every week. Maybe again when you are cleared for sex and then maybe every month for the first 6 months to a year. You may want to ask your doctor about VED use post implant.

yeah you'll more than likely recover most of the lost length after cycling and stuff. how's the overall hardness and sensation after pumping the implant to the max now?

An inch is a good length to gain back, if I gain anything near that in the next year or so. I should be back to my original size.

Overall hardness ia very good and sensation is as it use to be. When aroused it feels like my old penis. Only catch is size which I hope will improve.

I was one of the lucky ones, or I had a doctor who aggressively sized me.
I was at the original length at first inflation and have picked up a cm since.
With the CX, it has to be the aggressive sizing, but I'll take it. I don't expect anymore.
I never had more than a very mild discomfort in the tips.

I was 5.5" and now I am around 4.3" on first inflation without any room for more inflation as bulb gets too tight.

I get it that implant expands and there is a surgical capsule that gets formed but what concerns is that the bulb gets too tight and there seem no room for further inflation.

Don't know how this will expand further.

Other point is that I have a 19cm and 7cm was inside which leaves me with 12cm outside and that's 1.5cm short.

Only hope that I have are you fellow bionics who have gained with time.

With the LGX, you will definitely regain length, because it is the only expandable implant in the market. You are doing really good in your recovery progress. At this stage most of us were unable fully inflate. Your tissues will start expanding, and I believe at 6-month, you might get to where you were before surgery with regular cycling.
