In general, sensitivity loss shouldn't be an issue with either type of procedure if it's done by an expert surgeon.

Made it 30 minutes in the tub today 90% pumped before I had to deflate from the ache. 90% seems like it could really do the job on my girlfriend.

Have a strange kink that pokes out just under the glans. It hurts and it’s pretty much the only pain I have at this point. Spoke to the Doctor Who reassured me that it would not weaken my tunica or cause any erosion. Completely goes away when I cycle up.

The one thing he did tell be is that since I am so lean and muscular, that I will feel the tubing. He said nothing about feeling the reservoir but I am concerned about that possible protrusion as well.
Did/Do you have any issues regarding being able to feel any of the apparatus protruding beyond your normal stature?
Also, how was the sensation with your girlfriends mouth on it compared to pre-implant? Do you feel less sensitivity?

The only thing I really feel is the pump when I sit wrong, and a little bit of tubing going over my pubic bone heading to the reservoir. When I’m deflated I feel a few kinks and bumps in my penis.

With the incision he makes I have all sensation to the shaft of my penis. If there’s a little numbness anywhere it’s in my scrotal sac around the incision.

Day 16 postoperative.

Really don’t care for the bulging cylinders and dog ears that push out and hurt. Eid says it’ll soften after 2-3 months. He aggressively sized me.

Make it to 30 minutes near full pump in tub. Last 5 minutes or so it really starts to throb. I found the more I push things when cycling, the more soreness hangs around later.

I’m in that dreaded week 3 where (according to Dr. Eid) infection is likely to show up. So far no signs (redness, swelling, increasing pain or loss of pump landmarks. Keeping fingers crossed.

Masturbated yesterday at 75% inflated. Amazing how much less my cock hurts when sexually stimulated.

So…day 16 since surgery…for those further along, how am I doing?

I submitted all my medical paperwork this week to Dr. Eid’s office and now awaiting a call back to find out when he can fit me into his schedule.

Just curious, how long does Dr. Eid want you to wait before he’ll clear you to return to full daily activities without lifting restrictions? I forgot to ask him about that during my initial consultation.
Also, long until you feel comfortable enough to go out into social settings walking normally and able to take a seat in a restaurant naturally? Basically able to resume time with friends who don’t know about your surgery and they wouldn’t suspect anything different by your actions?

Dr. Eid has some great YouTube videos out on all the aftercare. I just point my penis straight up under boxer briefs, flaccid. I was back to work in one week, had my first masturbation and sat on the stationary bike in two weeks (not at the same time), had sex at three weeks. 5 weeks since my surgery…

Sex twice a day now. Every day. Wondering if it’s too much too soon, because even though sex doesn’t hurt, my dick has a very low grade constant ache to it.

Still have occasional pain at bend and kink points when flaccid.

Still not back to preop size- 1/2 inch down in length, about the same in girth. Although when excited I’m bigger than when just cycling.

Wondering if I just should take a day off from pumping at all.
