do you mind going over your resoning "the math from that aspect". Upping the mcg should result in less inits to inject correct? Then you have to figure out the new units needed on the new dosage. Correct?

Well the math thing isn't a big deal but being math challenged it would be a tad easier. If at 100mcg per ml I can easily compute in my head. At 80mcg per ml I multiply 80 times .14 (current dose of 14 units) to get 11.2mcg of alprostadil. I need a calculator or pencil and paper. If mixed at 100mcg per ml and I do 14 units it's a 14mcg dose. If at 11 units it's an 11mcg alprostadil dose, etc. Like I said, it's not really a big deal but at 80mcg per ml I use a calculator.

Yeah, if I changed to 100mcg per ml I would have to figure a new dosage. However, as demonstrated above it's a no brainer.

I don't even know why I mentioned it as like I said it's no big deal and obviously wasn't helpful and instead caused confusion. Sorry.
