Tri-Mix with Sildenafil

I've tried viagra, levitra, cialis, daily cialis, and one other that I don't remember. They all had similar effects on me. Headaches and diarrhea. It's got to be caused by the basic vaso dilating effects of all these drugs. Which makes sense since headaches are caused by vaso dilation issues.

If I take 20mg cialis at nite, the next morning romp, I can reduce my trimix to approx 10 units. My uro said this combo works for several of their patients.

For me, the whole reason I moved to injections was the side effects of pills got too bad, so I'm not interested in boosting my injections by re introducing all those bad side effects.

Hi Slip, I get the same side effects from pde5 inhibitors, they make me feel like crap for a good many hours. But, with a smaller 5mg Cialis, it's manageable, not too bad at all. And although the 5mg does not give me anywhere near a penetration grade erection, it aids the trimix to make me much harder. I also add a 50/50 mixture of arginine and citrulline (Amazon, Now Brand capsules or Bulk Supplements 1lb bags), and it's really party time.

If any dose of pde5 inhibitors makes you feel lousy, and you want to make the erection harder, have you tried the combination of trimix and citrulline/arginine?

ArginineL helps with 100mg sildenafil, 20mg cialis, constriction ring, 5mg cialis daily.....however my trimix is 20 units, doesnt vary with the amount of arginineL. However the arginineL improves increased size of glans, and I think some length. Circumference increase yes. I lost some length or shrinkage from 2 years of hardly no erections, or no nocturnal erections. Maybe some mental, as sometimes I crave a scoop of arginine with milk in the evenings. I have noticed the veins in my arms and hands stick out more from use of arginine, and my uro commented on that observation. I have noticed more nocturnal erections before starting daily 5mg cialis, that could be maybe from arginine, not sure.

I also changed my cypionate from every 2 weeks, to MWF subcutaneous injection. That leveled my libido to "high" daily. At my age, I dont know how long this cocktail, trimix, pills, TRT, will last, but for now, "things" are working!

I did try citrulline as recommended by a urologist. The first few weeks I noticed a definite difference, getting more natural spontaneous erections more easily. But it did lead to diarrhea as well for me. Not something I want to have as part of my daily routine.

You could make sure you take with a full meal, and try a lower dose of arginine/citrulline.

Actually, I hear you, brother. If I take an entire 100mg Viagra, the next 24 hours is a nightmare of visual disturbances, headache, and such fatigue. A whole 20mg tab of Cialis means BAD backache, Levitra is a little better, it only has half the sides of the Viagra (half a disaster, but still bad).

But I found that if I take 5mg Cialis absolutely every day, along with a citrulline/arginine drink, the sides are not bad at all, and along with tri-mix....well, my wife calls me "King-Kong"! Keeping in mind that the 5mg Cialis wouldn't give me a penetration grade erection, either would the citrulline/arginine, but the trifecta of adding both of those to trimix is wildly special.

Good to see this post. The practice of taking more than one ED drug at the same time is called "combination therapy." I've done that many times with no ill effects.
