I know what you mean. I can pump to the point the ball goes rock hard, then, if I pump slowly I can fully and easily compress the pump bulb without any transfer of saline.
I know there is no transfer because there is no resistance to the compression, and the implant does not inflate further.

This vexxed me initially, but worry not, by playing about with it, I find that if I quickly squeeze again after one of those compressions then the bulb fills with saline, and I immediately encounter resistance again, the bulb is full, and if i squeeze hard enough I will pump saline into the implant, although at this stage it is very little, due to the high pressure. Eventaully I can pump no more, the pressure is too high, I'm not capable of squeezing harder.
I find it difficult to articulate what do to, you'll just have to experiment. Squeeze quickly after the bulb reinflates, you will know it when you feel it.

Over time I can get more and more pumps in, things are stretching out. From 5 inches to 6.5. So you are going to grow a fair bit with the lgx, trust me!

I am at 40 days post op and I just had my first orgasm, now that I could inflate to 90% of original length, I wanted to checked if I can still ejaculate like how it use to earlier.

Good news is that, there is no difference what so ever, I found the orgasm post op better than what they were when I had my best natural erection.

My surgeon did an amazing job, no swelling, no bruises, no pain and would you believe, he did sucha a fabulous job and also thanks to my small scrotum I can't even feel 1% of the tubing.

My only concerns that stay are with sizing, for which I am more hopeful than ever that I will get it back in few months and secondly on pump back pressure.

For all the guys thinking about an implant, I am sure you must have heard other bionic guys saying this repeatedly, that they wish they would have got this earlier. I can't agree more with this statement. I feel IPP should be made mandatory once pills fail.

Really thankful to FT, I don't think I would have ever got the confidence on taking the plunge had it not been for FT. God bless you all.

Learning new thing daily. Also measured bone pressed first time in months. Now 6 1/2 inch with a nice upward curve.

I’m fearful I won’t be able to fully stretch my cock out, I’m at 5.75” and want the 6” I started with ( not counting my youthful size). And I am at 25 good pumps, can there be many more in there? Afraid there not going to be enough saline.

I have 15 cm tubes and a 65ml reservoir. I use about 35 full pumps and never ran out of saline yet.

Ya man, I found out when playing about with it the first 2 weeks, had a search for the phenomenon here, to find that only Lostsheep (of course it would be him) had discovered the same thing. It seems everyone ignored him too.

I feel as if I am theonly one who had difficulty applying enough pressure on thr pump to reach max size. It took much more pressure than I could deliver with one hand. When you say the puml is hard maybe you need to find a technique to add more pressure. Just a thought. BTW i wish inplant had a pressure guage like tires

Wow, how come you guys have so many pumps? After i set the inflate button i only can do like 4-5 at a little more than half a squeeze and am hard.

I am at 100+ days post implant, I am really happy to declare that I have achieved my original length, in fact I feel it’s a little better by around half cm.

I don’t doubt that it’s true but I don’t understand this whole business of losing length after surgery and then regaining it later, especially with LGXs.

A penis is a penis with a set anatomical length. An implant is an implant with a set physical length.

Why such big losses of length only to be regained?
