Angle/Rigidity of IPP and Trouble with Sex Positions

Has anyone encountered difficulty performing any sex positions after IPP? In reading prior posts, there seem to a few mixed comments on this. So I thought I would just pose the question directly. Are all the basic positions ("missionary", "cowgirl", "doggie") still as easy to accomplish as when being unimplanted? Or does the rigidity of the IPP differ from a natural erection somehow in a way that changes its handling characteristics with certain positions?

I have had no problems with my implant in any position. As a thought, if you think it too rigid, you can deflate it a bit for more flexibility--but I like the strength of the erection.

No issues here. We are able to position almost any way our old bodies are able to for sex.

My wife and I use missionary and cow girl or reverse cow girl and it works well for us. I have best feeling of my penis stimulation in reverse cow gir position. I very seldom reach orgasm but still enjoying sex with my wife.
Prostate removal severely impacted my orgasmic function and intensity of orgasm.

I am 3 months out now, just now getting to where sex doesn't have much pain. Getting better every week... wife and I have sex just about every day, and twice have had what we call "marathon sex" day drinking and fucking... when I am buzzed I do not think of the discomfort much. Cowgirl is still a bit more uncomfortable, when she rides it back and forth, but up and down is great. Every other position is less and less discomfort. Even with the discomfort, I seem to be horny as hell. Good thing my wife loves sex almost as much as I do. She tells me no, especially after a long session. Even though I lost about half an inch in length and about an inch in girth, she gets sore, probably because of the everyday action now. We could not do every day for the last 2 years because ED due to prostate CX, removal. Waited 2 years to get erections back, never happened. So about twice a week we would plan the marathon sex.

I say this, bc I think you should at least give injections a try before you go with implant. Little 30ga needle is lots lots less pain then getting the implant installed and the recovery. That will come for you, but hold off for as long as you can. We really enjoyed the injection erections, 2 plus hrs fucking in every position you can imagine. Y'all get a good buzz going bc it is intense fucking. "used to tell my wife we can't waste any dick time" The only reason I quit injections is they do start to cause scar tissue to form in your penis and we almost broke my dick from such hard, sometimes rough fucking. Think that is mainly why I developed a hard nodule on the left side of my dick. Just my 2 cents, have fun with whatever you decide.

I love to be on top and it works the best , the only thing I wish I didn’t loose the length cause I keeps slipping out if I’m not on top. Still glad to be having sex!

More details would be helpful if you have them. Being able to compare our girth before and after the implant would be most revealing. Also, what implant do you have?

Can you tell a difference (when inflated) in the tension of your skin or the looseness of the implant inside your pehis?

If you do not inflate fully (but stilll stiff enough for penetration) does it feel better for her?

It is amazing to me what my girlfriend can feel inside her vagina I read that in Master's and Johnsons\'s research they had one woman who could take three (numbered) ping-pong balls into her vagina and rearange them and expel them in ay desired order. When I was stationed in Thailand (in the 70s) there was a woman who could do this trick: Whe could pick up a dollar bill folded across the nose of a supine customer with her vagina lips. Same gal could drink a liquid from a glass (through a straw) into her vagina. Amazing!

I would not presume to compare your partner with those women but cite them as example of vaginal talents that amaze me as much as your partner's ability to feel features of your erection.

Please share what you can. It may give some men food for thought about what factors to consider when selecting an implant.

I was implanted with a titan 20cc this march. Yes I do feel some looseness in my skin when erect. Doctor says it’s to feel more natural but in the case of the sex positions- the cylinders and the tips can be felt by my woman when on top facing me and feels the skin move and implant stiff. Also I feel girth has played a part in penetration and staying inside due to I feel I lost some length and girth. The doctor put it this way- you can only put what you can in a shoebox. Meaning that would determine the type or size implant he will use. In hope for the future in like three years he said I could go to a 22 cc titan but the partner seems to be ok with my erection and glad to see me happy again to be able to be spontaneous with our sex life again!

Been a while , but I remember soon after implanted I complained about skin sliding up and down on the stick. Does'nt do it anymore. Just this week noticed I gained another 1/2 inch in length.
