Depends a bit on whether you inflate to max for cycling and your shaft just behind the glans throbs.
I’m pretty sure I became totally able to fuck without any discomfort after about 18 months.
The caveat is: I could fuck successfully before this time….. it was just that I felt some discomfort if I was max inflated……simple solution….for fucking pain free simply back it off a little.

Just watched a YouTube video by Dr. Paul Perito, in Miami. He says he aims for patients to be back in the saddle in as little as three weeks -- but most are back in at about six weeks.

I was cleared for sex 6 weeks after surgery. An hour later, after the 45 minute drive home, I was balls deep in my husband, fucking like a mad man. Haven't stopped since. I like to go at it really aggressively, and haven't had any problem with real pain, just a bit of soreness from frequent, heavy use.

I'm hearing stories -- well at least one -- about guys resuming full bore sex sex in as little as four weeks (ouch!) while others say it's more like four months. For those of you with the implant, how long was it before you were fully confident in resuming vigorous vaginal penetration?

Had pretty vigorous sex at about 8 weeks, many positions etc. for about 1.5 to 2 hrs, the key was to deflate every now and again. The gin and tonic helped also... even now, at almost 4 months out, I need to deflate for a few minutes and reload. Helps to keep going for the long sessions, When my wife is on top, if she moves front to back, that is still a bit painful, but pleasure at same time. We have found that if I am sitting up, on the sofa, and she is on top, that is better for less discomfort and more pleasure, rather then laying down flat. Hope you get some good rough sex in soon, We love fucking hard...
