According to my call notes from last week with Olympia Pharmacy:
* Fridge life: 3-4 mos
* Can-refreeze, however
* Freeze life: 1 year
* You may need to inject more as you get longer in the life

ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Yeah that sounds about right. Olympia Pharmacy folks seem to be nice people, at least the one in FL if that’s the one you’re referring to. Just have put off getting injections just yet as I believe natural recovery is still possible from pelvic floor dysfunction.
24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction

I've always frozen my vials and take it out when I need it, then pop the vial back in the freezer.
Since I am down to 10-15 units a pop, the 2-ml vial is lasting a long time, so the current one is more than 6 months old and I noticed lately I need at least 15 units a pop. So I would guess it is losing a little effectiveness after 6 months.

ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.
