Hey eustinas, I send you a PM a few weeks ago as I have the exact same situation. I made a thread about it here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=17323
Shoot me a PM if you want to chat on the phone. I am getting a revision in 2 weeks. I spoke to a few different guys that were also shortened and they seemed to get it fixed with just a longer implant. Obv if we have scar tissue in the tips that can create some additional steps. I am curious who your doctor was, because I reached out to about 10 of the top doctors in the US and basically all of them said if your tips are not into your glans now then you were likely undersized and need a revision. I bet your doctor was one of them that said that to me too.
Feeling depressed and confused - new implant, doctor undersized me?

I also wonder if COVID19 is causing low inventory.
I think that if that were the case, they would simply stack RTEs.

Re: Feeling depressed and confused - new implant, doctor undersized me?
Update: just had my 2 week post-op phone call with the surgeon to address my concerns about the sizing.
A correction from previous info in the thread: I learned I was actually implanted with a 22 +1.5 RTE, not 20 + 1 as I previously reported. There was a mistake in the information I was given originally.
Current Status: Still semi-inflated (30%) since day of op. Waiting for swelling in balls to heal before I can cycle.
During our call I sent the doctor the pictures (see previous page) and described to him how the tips of the cylinder are not entering my glans at all (and I mean *at all*. They only reach the very, very base of the head -- but do not enter it whatsoever). The head is already flopping for god sake!
He downplayed the concern and essentially said "you're at 2 weeks; if it's still an issue at 2 months, then revisit".
He said the pictures looked fine and the sizing is fine, and essentially that cycling will fix it.
I was surprised. I know (rightly so) you should trust the doctor, but I have to stand my ground on this one. I have almost an identical situation to @ViaSwiss who is getting a revision because of this issue and it is *extremely* concerning that the cylinders are not at all inside my glans, even at this early stage. He can confirm, as he inquired to numerous surgeons on this topic and they all said that it is indeed a major problem.
Again, my understanding is that the implant SHOULD BE extending 1/2 to 2/3ds into the glans AT THIS STAGE. For it to be 0% in the glans makes it impossible for me to believe my final result will work.
Look at the pictures. They don't even do the issue full justice. I'm feeling my junk, and I'm telling you, I simply can't believe that the implant is going to push forward INCHES into my glans and just suddenly work.
I would love to be wrong. In fact, I'm begging someone to please prove me wrong, that you can have 0% of the cylinders in the glans while flaccid but have it be 3/4 into your glans when erect. The Titan doesn't even expand, so how does that make sense?

I agree with your doctor. Two weeks is way too early to conclude you were undersized. You haven't even started cycling yet. When you do, the Titan cylinders will fill out.
I had the same concern as you when I started cycling at about day 9. Even inflated, the cylinders didn't seem to extend into the glans. By week 4-5, I had the opposite concern — my glans hurt like a BITCH during cycling and I was afraid maybe I'd been oversized. Now I'm coming up on two months, and things are perfect. This shit takes time.

Hey, thanks for your response man.
This is encouraging.
I'm still struggling to square this with what ViaSwiss said above:

Does that put RoboCock in the minority? Robo, I'm not trying to be pedantic but just trying to be 100% sure, you said your cylinders didn't "seem" to extend into the glans. Did they only not seem to, or did they flat out not do so? Because in my case I can clearly feel and see that they don't. Again, not trying to be pedantic, just wanted to double check.
It's an odd one, there seems to be some conflicting information on this...

I was 20-30% inflated for the first week, and my head flopped around like yours. Four weeks later, it felt like the cylinder tips were going to push through my piss hole when I cycled the implant.

So you got 23.5cm of implant after all? Then i do believe you should get very close to 7 inches. Typically 24cm titans map out to 7 inches or so.

I have a 22cm and after two months am closing in on the 6 inches of length I had pre-implant. My girth has actually improved, from 5 to 5.25 inches. Even if an implant meant losing a quarter to a half inch of length, which isn't turning out to be the case, I'd have agreed to that up front in exchange for a thicker dick that always stays hard. It's the girth that gets 'em off!

Eutinas,
While being inflated to only about 20-30%, you do not expect the cylinders to reach the glans. When I am deflated, my tips are more than a cm away from glans, but when I inflate they go properly into it. You need to get inflated to at least 90% to decide whether you are undersized or not.
Same for the bend. You have to be inflated to find out. Just need to wait for your implant. You will be quite good!!

Yes I did, I was definitely happy to hear that, although still very nervous to see whether my implant tips will go as far as they need to.
