Quad, Tri, Bi Mix Help Needed...Please!

I 1st tried trimix injections 15yrs ago. Caverject and Trimix. Both failed miserably and hurt like hell. So I never used it. I used Cialis & Viagra with good success but after all these years it no longer works like it used to. Therefore, I am trying bimix/trimix again. Some quick background, even as a young adult my erection angle was at best 30 degrees but mostly hard enough for penetrative sex. I used to climb on open doors, or on outdoor clothes line poles as a young child, with a 0 degree penis angle, I think that was my way of masturbating at 6-12 yrs of age, I do not know if that had something to do with my later 30 degree maximum erection angle. I had a venous leakage test 7 years ago and everything was normal with no leakage detected.
I recently tried a mix of Papaverine 30, Phentolamine 3, Forskolin 100. It is not working very well even when I inject 15-25 units. I do get some response that will last 15-20 minutes but it is insufficient for satisfying intercourse. I need some insight into what mix I should try next that preferably does not include Prostaglandin because from prior experience it really really hurts. I would prefer something potent that requires fewer units to achieve a satisfying result. My current provider only goes as high as Papaverine 30, Phentolamine 3. I am 59 yrs old and in very good physical health so I would love to achieve satisfying sex again. Thanks in advance for any insight and recommendations that you can offer!

Compounding pharmacies have been making products with nitroglycerin long before the MED2005 trials started. Treatments for anal fissures often contain nitroglycerin and these are frequently made in customized formulations. A nitroglycerin cream can be made by a compounding pharmacy specifically for treating erectile dysfunction. This cream will not have the same proprietary transdermal technology that is being used in clinical trials. However on its own it may still be effective for many men suffering from erectile dysfunction. If the MED2005 produb6ct becomes commercially available in the United States, it would be preferable to use that product.
